Ha!! Ha!! He’s working on the Jeep now. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to get him to help on a coach again. Let see he has a rent free two bedroom apatment, free WiFi and free gas heat in a newly renovated carriagehouse. His momma’s so happy he’s not out keeping us free and safe!!! Plus he’s engaged and his fiance has two gigantic dogs whom distroy the grass and shrubbery and still had to pay him $!!!

    Congrats Doug & Jan!

We’ve been on the road nine months in our first Prevost. Learning curve was/is lengthy, but we’re loving our coach!

Hope to meet you down the road.

I normally use Google maps on my iPhone, however, I can say, don’t ever take a re-route when Google says there is a traffic jam ahead, and a red line shows the traffic is stopped for miles. I did that on the way to Michigan a few weeks ago, in Ohio, I ended up on low weight bridges (several) 15 Ton max, and 2 overpasses/bridges in which I had to dump the air, and ease through. They did not even have a height sign on the bridges. I was lucky, and did not damage anything.

On the return trip, the next morning, the same thing showed up, I paid no attention to it………..all it was, the road moved over a lane, while the other lane was being worked on. No traffic jam at all!

I learned something that trip……….don’t take a detour, unless signs tell you on the road your on!

Being an old Trucker, I should have known better, but we were pulling nothing, since we were going to pick up a trailer, So I felt kinda flexible on the route. Never again!

On the I-pad, at the top is an icon called ‘Power’. In that section, I select ‘inverter’.

It gives me a choice of:

    220v/50A

    110v/50A

    110v/30A

Not sure why I would use the middle one….. so the first one all time with 50 amp service, the third one I use for my 30 amp storage connection. We have four 3,500 watt inverters, this sets everything to accept 30 amp.

Tim, I have dropped in on the Parliament get other and spoke with some owners, did not inject myself into anything and felt very comfortable that I was not intruding.

Ken and his TEAM are very responsive and accommodating with information, education, and from what I read service. One of the go to places.

Isn’t the Super show in March and Tom’s post shows Parliament get together in January.

My understanding was parliament get together and super show usually aligned.

I am going to be in North Carolina Thanksgiving and I am thinking about potentially trying to get to TN to visit Staley Coach. Does anybody have info experience with Staley, or any other places to check out in TN..

I’ve seen metric Loctite, they keep it next to the glass hammers and left-handed screwdrivers. :))

Triple F, Yes Julius La Rosa was on the Godfrey show and I think he got fired on air.

As a kid I wasn’t exactly a fan of kate Smith, but now when I hear her sing I appreciate just how good she was.

All you youngsters don’t have to read this if we are boring you. As we age we cannot remember our own names, but we can remember stuff from 65 years ago.

under 5 solenoid control valves small about 1/4 od easy to miss align Rear air leak could well be a poorly attached (at fitting) air line came off. Didn’t see where you are but it would be good if someone was close with a knowledge of Prevost system that could help you. Not really much to it. Use prevostcar.com web site for help or see articles section of this board to help you understand more.. If nothing else it can provide you with info to judge how good your mechanic is. your ser# or prevost web site will be last letter of serial # plus last 4 numbers. for a 95 coach should be R then last 4 numbers= unit number Example mine is W 6553 FWIW Bob
