Took 13 tries and still couldn’t remember Marathon? The Godfather had to jump in.

Marathon has been building coaches since 1983. They are numbered in order of build, that is why a lot of Marathon owners have a 3 or 4 digit number after their signature.That is your bus number and how they chase any info you need.

They are over 1200, I see #1229 is for sale.

Cole Custom Coach out of Wyoming. Mine was buit in 1992. Think they still have a cabinet shop there. They didn’t build many. Cifford (Luvrbus) sent me a mag a few years ago with a advertisment from the nineties and they were pushing them.

What about the granddaddy of bus convertors, Custom Coach, in Columbus, Ohio; now part of Farber Custom Coach, I think. Or did they never do Prevost?

I am not aware of any Prevost conversion CC did. I do know they did a lot of MCI and earlier GM coaches.

Don’t forget Legendary. I am not sure of the details, but I think they did about 30 coaches. I was told they folded in 2008.
