My experiences are the same, but there have been reports of “Car People” buying out the stores in the TruckStops leaving nothing for the truckers with nothing but a bad attitude.

Liberty does have a lead acid battery in line. It has the chassis batteries and the generator batteries.

That is around the time Prevost was introducing multiplex wiring in coaches.
Unlike other changes made over the years in which folks have definitely opted for the newer version, such as the switch from the 8V92, IFS over the solid axle, I have never heard anyone say they wanted multiplex systems.
I cannot think of any other change of significance.
Don’t interpret my remarks above as being negative about multiplex. If offers serious benefits including easier pre-trip inspections such as light checks and OTR operational checks, it greatly reduces the amount of wiring, relays, circuit breakers, and can make diagnosis of electrical issues easier.
The downside is the software for the system is proprietary and almost forces an owner to deal exclusively with Prevost. In addition any changes, such as adding or modifying lights as an example will require reprogramming.
I would gladly have a multiplex coach.

Mikee, who?
I think we had a member named Mikee once.

Like Tom says … who is the converter? I have a Vantare and the number 44 circuit breaker controls the Tank monitors, the Thermostat and the Head Hunter Toilet flush button. At Lakeland a few years back, I ask Ben Cummings, who designed the electrical system on my coach, why the one breaker controlled the Toilet, Tank monitors and Thermostat. Ben looked at me with a straight face and said “They all start with the letter T”. You had to know Ben’s sense of humor.
On my Headhunter toilet, on the left side sitting (right side when standing for #1) about 4 inches off the floor, I have a small push button switch that bypasses the button switch on the upper portion and flushes the toilet.

Hi Dick,
I also have a passenger seat where the foot rest needs help going out or in. Once deployed it stays there but exhibits a grinding noise like a broken gear or a mechanism slipping when going out or in on its own. I would like to buy the parts necessary to repair it if possible. Please call me at 541 four nine nine 1027 or email glwork at Mac dot com. Thanks.

I will be there to inspect tires and to answer questions.
For people wanting tire inspections, we will give out inspection stickers at the Prevost Service class on Tuesday afternoon.
Looking forward to it! Pat
