That’s what I’m figgurin’. Better than covering with e-tape, or replacement fer sure!

Upgrade your I pad so you can make a real post and maybe I will put up some photos. I have to upload them from the computer at home.

I found out about the FMCA Advantage program with Michelin from the guys at Coach Worx in Clearwater, Fl. They knew it was a great deal for the customer. It saved me about $200 per tire on the 315’s. Ended up with an out the door price of right at $3060 mounted, new stems and balanced for four drive tires. The BEST benefit ever from FMCA.

When they upgrade to Google Stainless it will be smooth sailing….

Thanks for the replies. My filter is steel and not plastic but the threads at the bottom are plastic.
I will try to post pictures when I get a few moments, and that should help someone identify the part I need.
I am looking for new push in fitting for the guages, just have not found them yet. Thanks,

OK, the editor you use here is a jquery based editor from http://www.dmxzone.com/. According to their webiste, it requires IOS 5 as a minimum for this to work. That’s likely Roger’s error, in that he might be downrev.
I will say, editing with this editor is really slow, on an iPad 2. It might be even worse on an iPad1, which I will be happy to check (I’ve got both).
I captured the HTML out of the forum here, can removed the dmx editor stuff, and the page is snappy on my ipad. So, it seems that the dmx editor is primarily the source of the problem.
It’s unfortnate, in other forum based software, usually you would have the option to enable advanced-mode editing, which turns on the HTML editor. That would probably be a good option for your IT guys to investigate in simply omitting the inclusion of the dmxEditor.js if the profile doesn’t want advanced editing. That would make it more pleasurable on iPad.

Sign up Bonz, there should be 50 amp full still available, but I wouldn’t wait too long. Even if we’re not parked side by side, we can all meet at Jon’s, he’s going to feed us!

Nice visit indeed, Bob. I don’t know why I failed to bring this
up then. Your description of the wet tank makes me feel better because I’ve
never found more than a trace of liquid in it. However, the engine bay bleed
valve air flow is often nearly stopped by gobs of oil coming out. Is this
normal? Recovery time is the only criteria for replacement? Mine seems fine! Is
there an average mileage one can expect before a compressor rebuild? I’ve got
350K on mine. -
I am not really up to speed on the technology of some electrical devices, including inverters and AC powered devices sensitive to interruptions of power.
But a small voice in the back of my head keep screaming at me that the reason we cannot have even the slightest possiblilty of overlap from power sources is because of the phase issue. Shore power, generators and inverters all provide 120 volt power with a frequency of 60 Hz. Unless a device like an inverter is set up to exactly match the phase of the 60 Hz from shore power as it is being disconnected such that it can instantaneously step in as the AC power source it is likely there is going to be an interruption of power between devices.
As John indicates, if he has an uniterruptible power supply connected to those devices that cannot tolerate interruptions he likely solves the problem, but I see no other alternative as our coaches are currently set up.
I believe there are some inverters, that when paired with other similar converters they do match each other’s phase automatically, and may do so with other power sources, but I don’t know that for sure. Maybe one of our converters can step into this topic and educate us.

I think is has to do with the device like Jon said, some are affected and others are not. In theory, when you disconnect shore power the inverters should instantly pick it up with no loss in AC, but we know that doesn’t always happen.
Mine is pretty quick, but it never can keep up with the clock on the Bose Radio, while most everything else is not affected.
Don’t know if house batteries could cause the problem John. If you can get to them (it’s tough on a Liberty) and get me the 5 letter code branded in the case, I can tell you the mfg. month and year. Providing they are Lifelines.

I know they take a lot of criticism and abuse, but we tow a custom 2005 PT Cruiser on a Blue Ox baseplate with Wireless Tow Lights and could not be happier with the size, weight, versitility and ease of hook up/towing. Ours has a 5 speed manual transmission. We just hook up the Blue Ox, put the tranny in neutral, turn the ignition key to the first stop (to release the steering wheel), put the Wireless Tow Lights on the rear roof via the super strong magnets, turn them on and away we go!

Following up with what PCC has posted is another example of how Prevost owners are giving, caring people. Pilots N Paws is an organization of volunteer pilots and animal rescue folks who rescue animals that would have been euthanized and which are flown to areas of the country by the volunteer pilots so they can be adopted. The reason this relates to this thread is the Pilots N Paws organization was started by Debi Boies and yours truly (I’m no longer active) and it was kick started financially by members of the Prevost Owners Group whose charity auctions gave PNP two significant financial contributions. Today, according to Debi PNP has over 2400 volunteer pilots from across the country. Thanks Prevost owners.
At every POG rally a charity auction is held and the amount of money raised is donated to a local charity or deserving individual. At the last POG rally in Austin TX about 50 coaches raised over $20,000 which was given to the widow of a police officer who died while assisting others during the horrible fires in TX this past spring / summer.

Its the same as a range plug. Size the wires for 50 amps at whatever length you need and install a range plug. Ground and neutral shouldn’t be bonded in the pedestal unless you have a separate service (breaker box) to the pedestal which is not necessary unless you like spending money. Put a range plug in an external box with a cover on it and get on with life.

Okay. Here is the answer:
Leaky Injector #1
The local DD shop sent out a technician this AM. He was able to quickly determine that Cylinder #1 was at fault, and he strongly favored and injector problem. We unplugged and made the trek across the river to Harvey, LA. Three and one half hours and one new injector later all was well!
Thanks for all the inputs, I was very aware to watch for coolant and oil level changes after an oil cooler failed in a Hatteras yacht leading to a rebuilt.
