It has been on our to-do list but I cannot get past the $160 just to see the exhibits and that doesn’t include parking. That’s just a day pass.

Once again I’ll have to pick up the slack for Jon. The 1600 is for the entire show and 3 nights parking.

Al – I believe we are going and have some plastic coach folks we’ll be hooking up. We all go in at the same time in order to park together. We’ll be doing the 30 amp electric sites for 1800.

But, if you and Jon and others want to go, we could do the 50 amp full hookup deal as long as we act pretty quick. Not sure how many of those are available, but I could call on Monday and check it out.

Good catch Truk4u on Jon’s foo-pa. This can probably linked to my suggestion and informative post on Lawrence Welk and then off he goes on the Lennon Sisters again. Something going on there. No problem Jon…just a guy thing.

Did I ever mention that I went to high school with Loni Anderson. Not a blonde back then but the rest was OEM.

Had a little off traffic message….. back to Indy. If you are interested in the 50 amp sites call now as they are on gravel I was told and of course they are limited. Either way good bang for your buck rally fee.

I hate this, but I’ll have to partially acknowledge an error on my part. The parking fee is 1600 if you don’t need any juice, but 30 amp and/or 50 amp is extra. 50 amp full hook-up in the campground is an additional 2400 and just 30 amp is 1800.

So, I have made a reservation at the campground, it’s 4000 total and hope some of you can make it. Don’t wait too long, the full hook-up sites won’t last long.

If anyone else wants to do this the gal at FMCA has alerted the folks who will be assigning the sites we would like to park together so if you are crazy enough to park near Al, Tom or me let them know you are with the three of us. No guarantees you will be parked with us since she did indicate the 50 amp sites are not all in one spot but are scattered.

What we have done in the past is meet somewhere and go in together, that way your parked side by side.

According to the gal at FMCA the 50 amp sites are assigned, and they are not all in one spot. Apparently the 50 amp sites are throughout the parking area. I can’t picture that, but I have to take her word for it.

Arriving en masse won’t change the site assignment so the only way to be near one another according to the gal is to mention Tom or my name and say you want to be near us. That doesn’t mean we cannot drive in together, but it will not influence where we end up parking.

FMCA will let you know if the 50 amp sites are still available. If you decide, ask them to try to place you with Tom and I. No guarantees, but it would be nice if we could be together. John Klopp……if you haven’t see if they can get you with us also.

I have been told that your FMCA parking location is determined by when you signup. Could just be rumor !
