That is not a surprising number, but it also is not to be expected all the time.

That particular run is downhill, and the trip was most likely with the wind from the rear. But it does serve to illustrate careful driving and the right conditions will produce some very pleasing mileage numbers on mid to late 90’s coaches.

The key factors for best mileage are speed (which is also related to the force and direction of winds), terrain (up and down hills kills mileage), the toad especially heavy ones, and the weight of the coach. A minor factor is the use of the OTR. Real mileage numbers are only going to emerge after a year or two because that value shown is less than a tank of fuel and that is just a snapshot.

If one of the large CB’s does trip it could be an over current issue, but in the two instances where my OTR quit due to a tripped breaker the problem was the breaker was failling and just would trip because it was failing.

during my purchase of my allegro bus it was certainly brought up multiple times that at some point I should make the trek to Redbay to have the bus gone through, this seemed very standard procedure as a point of discussion for the Tiffin dealer during both the sale and delivery. Obviously as I had some problems soon after taking possession you have that peace of mind in the back of your head that the factory has your back even if the deal are you chose doesn’t seem to be able to take care of some of the items on your checklist.

I wonder how these subpar dealers will react to having to stand on their own 2 feet and try to handle any of the issues are coming down the pipe after four years old… Mine really couldn’t handle some of the simplest things when it came right down to it.

Perhaps instead of making a new four year or older policy for service at the factory they should invest in training their dealers and technicians across the country to provide exceptional support of any aged coach

Saddest part is they’re going to destroy the evangelist / drink the Kool-Aid referral system that they have in place with a lot of their very loyal customers.

Luckily for them their phone service support has always been top notch and anything I needed to know at the shortest amount of time was described to me in detail from the factory guy over the phone. I hope they’re training extra guys on the phones to be prepared for the future

Windows make some diff for heat/cold/noise…not a deal brkr. XL’s from shell yr ’95 up IFS as are all XLII’s. Geo.

Good grief, back in the day when even Jon was a puppy we caged the ole 2 piece truck wheels because they would in fact kill you. Who does that today, no one unless they just don’t want the work.

Your coach is same year as mine. if you have a bedroom vanity, the toe kick heater is under it on my coach. Hard to see.

I get on from iPhone regularly the same way – from a shortcut link I created on the home screen of my iPhone.

I do not have issues connecting, but sometimes it does not provide me a “reply” button.

Typically , I just log out and re-log in. It does this without hesitation.

My only suggestion is to reboot your iPad and see if it acts the same. afterward, If it still responds the same way, download chrome from the App Store to see if it is something that may be linked to safari.

I paid $110 for Napa Commercial Group 31 a couple of years ago. It lists online now for $129. $99 is not a bad price

I replaced my broken Jun-Air with this 110 volts compressor in mid October. Works like a charm an is super quiet. To reduce any noise or vibration even further, I placed it on a rubber foam mat. Now, I hardly hear it.

Unlike, the Jun-Air, this is an air cooled compressor. Big plus.

It is stored in the compartment behind the front bumper.

unfortunately you gotta pick just one, and we pretty much knew it as soon as we walked on / explored/ drove it.

I’m sure Rocky was talking about a Infared Laser pointing thermometer to check tire temps, etc.

You can buy a Centech on sale at Harbour Freight for $17.99 which will work about as good as the expensive ones.

We use them in Racing to check track temps, and even use them on exhaust headers to verify EGT temps.
