Dick, going by memory it is #76. But look at the list of relays on the sticker on the engine door. It will tell you. Just pull the relay. The only change is the brake lights will not come on when the retarder is engaged.

We don’t have the tire service since our tires are brand new; however it may be worth looking at again depending on the premium they charge. I think it was only $20 or so, so it may not be a bad idea.

I think you made a wise decision not to trust the wind sensor. They will probably repeat probably do what they are designed to do but by then it may be too late! All it will take is one major gust and your awning is kaput, while the sensor is still responding by trying to roll-up the awning. The sensor or better said, the motor can simply not respond fast enough to avoid causing major and very costly damage to your awnings.
I was one of the guys who left awnings out even when I went away for a couple of hours I got scolded about this a couple of times by Rick May at Parliament, who warned me to not do this if I would not plan on spending major bucks at their facility.
The one time I was present to watch a wind gust in action, it happened so fast, that I could simply not react fast enough grabbing the remote control. The gust was so sudden and strong that the sensor did not even register it! I watched the awning arms swinging wildly up and down and sideways while the motor rolled the awnings in.
I was very very lucky that time and escaped with no damages.
Now, even if I just go away for a few minutes, I roll-up the awnings. It is a minor effort which saves a huge bundle of money.Cheers,
Ronald

MemberJanuary 13, 2016 at 4:16 pm in reply to: Advice on replacing valve stems – (Alcoa wheels)I have Tom’s pressure pro system and I don’t worry about valve stem leaks. I can check my tire pressures as many times a day as I please (and I do). If a stem or tire starts to leak, I have ample time to address the problem. I do not have valve stem extensions and I was able to install the sensors using Tom’s patented, PVC tool. So far no problems. We always change out the valve stem if we break down a tire for any reason. Especially on aluminum rims. Haltec Series TV-550.

We travel through CA twice a year. So far no issues with our older coach. Just don’t bring any fruit or vegetables (border control stations), don’t travel faster than 55mph if you pull your car, don’t exceed 65 feet length and don’t mind the atrocious roads in southern CA.

Especially if you see him raising the height of his barn to accommodate the H’s extra height!

I think any good one would work, Levitron for example.
Any brand name at a local box store would work just be sure and wire it correctly as it is protecting other plugs that are down stream that are being protected by this plug.

We bought our 02/03 Marathon in May and completed the zeroing our phase consisting of tires, batteries, air bags, and bushings etc on the front end. Later we replaced the Runco drop down TV up front and replaced the Marathon aux air compressor. Having run out of thing to do we are looking at hard wood floors and Ipad upgrades. Driving the Prevost is a dream and we are loving it.

How heavy is it, and are you still ok on weights?
