You can draw them down below 12.2, 50%, but it reduces the expected life cycle. Some autostarts are in the low 11’s.

At some point I would not be surprised to see the engine cradle on that coach, along with the engine sitting somewhere in the middle of an interstate. The center of that car is about 30 inches or more out from the specified point at which Prevost limits the tongue weight. Whether the hitch limit is 1000 pounds or 2000 pounds doesn’t matter. Even if the car weighs only 1000 pounds it is likely putting 2 to 4 times the limits on the hitch.
But its a Prevost……….it can handle all that weight, right?

Thanks, Red. Can someone post a picture of a christmas tree clip and describe how it holds up the ceiling? I must be dense, but I am not seeing it.

Diane:
That’s what I told him. I assume he already did that.

I did not recommend a shutoff. As I stated, that was the reply I received from Donny Meyer.
I have no argument to offer regarding a check valve. However, When a guy who worked for Vantare’ building Vanatre’s and has made a good business servicing and refurbishing Vantare’s tells me to use a shut off, I pay attention.
I also suspect that he was aware of a check valve solution, but for reasons only he knows at this point, he opts for and recommends and guarantees a shutoff.

really interested in how it attaches to the axle and wheel. I see no hole where I wouid assume it would attach to the wheel steering.

Thanks so much guys for the info. Yeah had bags , norgen valves, leveling valves or ride height valves, and other components replaced. Electrician is finishing up my 50’x 60′ shop as we speak and will take a look myself. Should have poured slab for a walk in pit when doing slab. Hindsight right?!

The question just begging to be answered is what part of the repair process permanently prevents a recurrance?

See!! I told you it would work……
From now on, your leaks finding success will be 100%. Looks good.

For inverters or their remotes to function properly good electrical connections are absolutely required and that includes battery cabling. The fans must work which is why I suggested above to verify they are working, and for sure clean out the dust and grit that collects over the years.
I have had zero problems associated with remotes as long as the wiring between them and the inverter is good and there is no bad connection. Ditto on what Tom said about the dip switch type remote. Not the easiest way to change settings.

Hi Rocky, I have a 17.5k powertech that had the same “anti-freeze” leaking valve that you are refering to. It was easy to replace it and that was that. I dont’ think you should plug it.
