The following is a link test, if this had been an actual attack, you
would have received word on where to get your corresponding link to the
    emergency instructions for prepardedness.

This is the link Northbound Camper.

Now if I just had me one of them spelling checkers.

Thank you so very much Tom, it worked like a charm.

Opps, my error and I fixed it. You have to take out the www. I changed your link, now try that and you’re good to go.

    Gil,

When it came time to purchace new steers, I first thought Michelin. I called three tire dealers that I use and heard prices from 870 to 1000 dollars each. One had said Continental was USA made and a great tire, so thought I would try them. If you notice the load rating of the tire I went is 10,000# and has a speed rating of 68 mph. It’s made for heavy use. After putting them in use, it really felt good having them under where Jan and I sit. Keep in mind I might have a different story in 50,000 miles.

On the FMCA pricing, I’m not a member and If I were, I would have looked into it.

Thanks Ron and Jon, I appreciate your insights into this. I agree with Jon’s outside storage point, if you have outside storage with all draw(s) turned off, solar would be a good alternative to charge with. But
what if I got this panel:

    http://www.outsidesupply.com/145-watt-rv-solar-battery-charging-kit.aspx

it’s listed at 145 watts, could I cover my basic phantom
loads and still be able to run the refig and tv? How much wattage would one
need to cover most of all that we need (like) to run on a regular basis? How does it effect my two Freedom 2500 inverters? Is there a different inverter that needs to be uitilized when running on solar? Is it even possible
to do what I want to do with todays solar technology? So many questions and so little time!

    Tom,

I relaize your brackets are secured “ouside” of the nut on what threads are left and if you can’t find the thinner brackets, you may want to consider replacing with center mounts. Here is what I have and they use the bolts holding the oil cap on the steer and tag.

It may be cheaper going for new compared to changing out studs if that’s even an option.

When I look at the pictures of Jon & Di’s beautiful new ride, I have to stop and wonder if any of the rest of us peons will be comfortable parking near him for fear of being unfavorably compared! LOL!

That was a buy Les, seems some are paying different amounts probably due to the various type tires. I decided on XZA2’s, but could have spent less for other model numbers.

FMCA will let you know if the 50 amp sites are still available. If you decide, ask them to try to place you with Tom and I. No guarantees, but it would be nice if we could be together. John Klopp……if you haven’t see if they can get you with us also.

    PCC,

It’s best to have a filter to remove moisture from the aux compressor as they do make some water. Here’s a pic of mine if you can see it. MIne has a manual drain tube on the bottom.
