okay! That’s what maintenance explained and I understood. 55 amps @ 110 volts split between two legs. Ie: 55 amps total. Sounds like 27.5 amps on each to me.

bob,I will check a fan motor and verify the colors of the wires,I will be home tomorrow, you can check with a volt meter and the 110 volt should be at the terminals in your picture that are shown as 1 and 2,that would be the terminals to connect to.Once you connect the terminals the fan will run continuously and can only be turned off with the breaker.

Jeff, I don’t know which of your coaches you are having this trouble, but generally you can get away with only one inverter funtioning. If you use the inverter to maintain the batteries while on shore power it should do well in that application.
However, if you are also trying to use that very limited and dangerous sounding cheater box you describe to run an AC unit, plus some other stuff such as a toaster on a 120 V circuit you are asking for trouble because the loads may exceed the capacity of the extension cords, or worse may actually create a fire.
Do it right. Use the coach and systems as they were designed and intended.
I likely am not fully understanding what you are attempting to accomplish, but whatever it is, try to explain it so we can fully realize the scope of the question.

Racing stopped at the end of 09 when Mr. Jimmy France Jr. took control. Motorcycle racing is not NASCAR! He decided after 6 years to give up trying and now there is a new group. I hope the new folks will do a better job, I think they will, they are Motorcycle people that understand RoadRacing. I’m hoping for 2016, I think the OE’s that got out will give it a little time to see how the new guys do.
Thanks for asking!

Hooking suburban up in front of house around 8:30 am and police and fire truck with sirens going pull up at our front gate… Turns out our alarm system mal functioned and alerted them. Fire marshall goes thru entire house & attic with his sensors and cameras to find all is well ! Big relief for us… Then while they were there it went off again “saying problem detected” so then a string of calls to alarm company. They are coming to check system this afternoon and our daughter will be there. Cost us 2 hours but we are on the road finally & have 80 miles behind us and 310 to go !!
Nothing like last minute crap happening but glad we were home and not gone!
Cheers, Diane

Jim, sometimes there is a stubborn bubble of air. Carry some 50/50 mixture with you and do as Bernie says. It will eventually pop that bubble and you will be able to top off.

That’s exactly what happened to ours…(plastic coach)… must be a common problem… they overnighted the part to me and I installed it… pretty simple really…. just can’t stand being up on top of the bus, it used to not bother me but now it does ! Hope you get your part in and fixed.
FWIW you can always take your receiver out of your bus and hook it up to someone’s TV and it will work for your game…not a big deal really !!
Cheers, Diane

Tom,
I can only speak to what we have on our marathon. It’s not auto leveling… when I park… I level the coach to my liking with the level low system and it pretty much stays put until I start the coach and head out again. It’s worked great for us.

I would start by talking to Tim of RV Cams. He is an advertiser and really understands the various cameras and monitors.

Why does the gen have to be running to use the grill? Mine works fine on shore power, it’s a Jenn-Air/Whirlpool. .

When I owned my Wanderlodge I’d often start a trip heading south so I could stop at the factory for service. With the closing of the factory I had to be very selective in whom I let wrench the coach; I ended up doing most everything myself. A couple of experiences like Jim mentions is all it takes to realize what we have in our Prevost Service Centers. I’d drive a thousand miles to let Prevost work on my bus. Luckily I don’t have to because Prevost TN (Goodlettesville) is only 300 miles away. The primary reason I bought a Prevost is because of the Service Centers, parts, factory support, and dependable recourse in case of a screw-up or trouble. If I wanted to trust the probability of getting good service from a random heavy-duty truck/bus repair center I’d still own my Wanderlodge! When Prevost closes shop I’ll be shopping for another bus! Till then I’m going to take advantage of everything they have to offer. Being without a factory gives one lots of appreciation.

No, it was the MACK shop off I-75 and Sharon street exit…..with a big sign that said Prevost Service Center!
I’m going to figure out what exactly is operated by that line when I get the coach back. Since it is a “converter” valve maybe it isolated all the converter air options? I drove from Dayton to Flint Michigan with the valve off and the coach air guages where normal the entire way.
On my coach there are very few things that run on air… (dump valves, step cover) nothing else is air actuated. The leak would also explain why my Jun Air unit was cycling about every 10 minutes when it used to cycle 4-5 times a day! When I was out for the last few weeks I would simply turn it off as to not burn it out and the only time I turned it on was to dump the tanks. Nothing seemed to be affected when it was off.
According to Royale Phoenix, the Jun Aire on my coach is integrated to do everything the prevo air system does when the coach is shut down. So to me that must mean one more item, the slide seals maintaining pressure. HWH has it’s own compressor in the first bay to tweak the level so I don’t believe the Jun Air is tied into that but I could be wrong.

I think step one has to be to open up the door and see if the power lock actuator is getting power when you lock it. I think you can rule out the “brain” being bad since the bays lock.
Removing the door panel on your coach is fairly simple, especially to folks with your skills.

Mark: I suspect it my be too late to consider this engine option for the coach that Liberty is building for you, but think about it for your next coach. Its a 77.6L, V-18 Cummins with 6 turbochargers that makes 10,157lb-ft of torque! That should make a fully loaded 45′ Prevost jump over the hills and mountains out west!

You’re in luck Jim.. On the 2nd Tuesday of each month Jeff provides doughnuts & coffee in the morning, pizza for lunch, dinner at the marina and use of a pontoon boat during the day. At least that’s what he told Red.
