    Granvil,

I have found several issues that cause the aqua hot to not light off .

Low DC voltage to the blower motor.

    Dirty aqua hot fuel filter

Worn out bearings and other parts in blower motor assembly. From what I understand, this causes the motor to drag, not get a high enough rpm to allow high enough fuel pressure.

What I guess is lost prime from not being run in a long time.

Bad ignitor coil or ignitor probe ends needing to be adjusted.

When I’m alone I eat food right out of the can.

Bryan, how “Fast” is fast? Would I not want a fast flash, or is it so fast that it nullifies the bright effect? I have always been less than happy with their incandescent brilliance even to the point of using new lense covers. What color LED’s did you use? If I use bright white, and keep the lens covers,or use same color as lenses?

    Hey Rod

Thanks for the offer but I am not to the point of being able to use it or put it down. I just didn’t want to forget the name of it and not have it available. I am thinking about 10 yds would be enough.

    Corey and George,

I cannot tell you anything about the coach, but I have known Steve for a long time and I can tell you he will not misrepresent a coach. He is a straight shooter and if he has confidence in the coach I think I would too.

He has handled a lot of Prevost sales for our members and POG members over the years and is highly respected.

Here is a manufacture of check valves. This company made my 450 deg heat check valve.

chart —— 6200-2mm series 1/4 inch NPT with “viton'” seal is the best sealing material available.

Another choice you have is…..cracking pressure. The amount of air “PSI” to open valve.

    Corey,

You have a great coach, but I suspect you will be as amazed as I was at how Prevost had improved the chassis from the XL to the XLII.

If you have an opportunity take one for a spin. You will sense the difference immediately.

THANKS… I can by-pass the control box but when I get everything repaired or think I do… plugging the ribbon cable back in blows the fuse in that little black box… I had contacted Troy in Stuart who turned me on to Bill in Chicago… who is out on tour… I have the 17.5K Power Tech and am finding limited resources in my area to service this generator.

What does my snoring at 7:15 PM have to do with IFS? Just remember I am the one that wakes the roosters so if you folks who stay up past the Lawrence Welk reruns every evening want a seminar, I can teach you how to wake up in the morning. (At 3:00 AM eastern)
