Well Jeff,
I take it that you’re not enforcing the 10-year rule at your campground 🙂
Buddy would really be disappointed …

no answer for the slide , but can someone help me with understanding what happens to the inner tube seal when you try to slide in or out?
does the inner tube deflate before the slide starts to move or will it remain inflated ?
it appears that my slide will work just fine if the inner tube is totally deflated but stops after moving about 6″ both in or out. -
Jeff: The little round light upgrade was still on Buddy’s coach this afternoon.

Hi Jim,
On my trip back home from Auston, most of the trip was at night and nothing surprised me more than how the lights lit up the highway. It was especially important to me because of the bad weather that came along with the trip. And the brights were truly incredible! So if there is something even better WoW!

His driveway is like a freaking ski slope, chalks are an absolute necessity. I don’t carry any.

When you were hearing the noise did you have steady power in the coach?
When you were connected to shore power at the rally were there any noises or issues with the shore power connection?

Just the head, Harry. Not the whole horse.

Thanks Mike that clears it up. I thought that’s what Jon meant, just wanted to make sure! -
I also will lift the tag for a tight turn, and my tag wheels do actually lift off the ground an inch or two.
Re the zerk fittings on the tag, when I had the wheels off to replace the airbags last month, I noticed the zerks on the bell cranks were crying out for attention so I took care of that with my new electric DeWalt grease gun.

Bryan I hope you realize our dues schedule calls for non owners to pay double the rate of bus owners.
We hope you visit the site often even after you sell the bus. You always have good posts.

Another good reason why to replace your WH based on age, before they start leaking!

Having had the unlucky opportunity to test my insurance policy once after a bus engine compartment fire I can say with conviction that National Interstate not only knows what a Prevost conversion is, they know what is required to repair damage and if that means getting the coach to Prevost or the converter they will do it. I have used other insurers since, but in every case they knew exactly what a Prevost Conversion was and the repair quality level needed.
My greatest fear with Good Sam is their relationship to Camping World and plastic coaches is that might be the mentality of the adjuster who is going to make your repairs happen. When agents are selling insurance they will assure you you are covered, but when something bad happens and they realize the cost to repair a Prevost to Prevost and converter standards you find out the hard way how they think a repair shop is a repair shop.
If you get a bargain price on an agreed value policy be afraid, very afraid because the last thing you are going to want to do when repairs are needed is to arm wrestle with your insurance company to get your coach repaired to the same standards it was built to. In my case not only did the adjuster agree with whatever Prevost was going to charge to restore the coach, he wanted potential hidden damage repaired just to be sure there would be no surprises after the repair.
