Thanks everyone, will discuss with my hvac guy.
Yesterday it was 85 and sunny and my bedroom unit was not cooling to the temp of the other 2 units. It didnt have a fault code but it might have the issue where it needs more gas due to the long line set. HVAC guy is coming saturday and its supposed to be sunny and 90.
We are down to 2 running units. They were able to keep the front half of the bus at 70. That will not work for any trip to warmer areas.

Thanks for the image. So is the procedure to just remove that solenoid valve in picture, or are there modifications to the refrigeration lines that are needed? Thanks, Jeff

Thanks for the great information Jeff. This puts me more at ease.
I think you could even go as low as 11,000 BTU IMO. 5511’s. It’s harder and harder to find even the 5512’s now. I think I picked up the last two online. Ebay has one or two as well.
Looks like these didn’t have filter dryers from Cruisair. At least mine don’t.
I bought a bi-directional that I plan on adding. Cheap insurance. Also curious if anyone bypassed (removed) the HGB on these units as suggested by AAP in another post.

I have good news and bad news.
BAD – 1 cruiseair still not working. The compressor is pulling the correct amps and its moving. Issue is its not compressing. Pretty sure the compressor is bad, now I need to find a new one.
GOOD – 3 units work great.

Update, the new valve fixed the toilet.
Current water issues
1. Head hunter monitor on the fresh water or black water dont work.
2. My gray water dump has a small leak, hope to take valve off and clean and reinstall.
3. I need to bleach my system.
4. Have not turned hotwater on yet.

My customer Had a lot of Victron Equipment Inverter-solar-2nd Victron inverter just for newly installed Residential Refrigerator from RV Refrigerator and some kind of Victron box for Blue tooth, Lot’s of expensive equipment, I installed 2 brand new Magnum 2812 inverters 4 or 5 years ago, I would not want to replace with Victron Inverters, I thought the Magnums would handle Lithium, If I could just replace my 4 8D Lifeline batteries with 2 Battle Born 8D batteries without a lot of changes I might do that, I think those Batteries were around 2300 bucks a piece but all the other equipment looks like big bucks, We don’t live in the bus just do some traveling.

My ’99 has the 1″ check valve. That said, just because your coach has one, doesn’t mean it’s good. I drained the lines to work on the pump connections and the toilet drained. So, I’d check for proper operation. Pretty nasty to have toilet water back up into potable lines.

Dump the air in your aux system (driverside steer compartment schreader) and the lock retracts.

Yes, ac compressors have pistons and oil and can and do seize. I had it happen on one of my daily drivers many yrs ago.

If you changed only the one valve and the issue went away 100% is is apparent that was the issue.
That being said, those check valves keep air in the tank and are supposed to be the only connection to the common supply line from the compressor, dryer, air tank, line.
You may want to look around and see if some creative air line plumbing has been done to circumvent the check valves.
Happy hunting

Joshua, his model year should have a solenoid cutoff triggered by a snap switch that automatically closes the water heater loop from the engine.

I’ve heard mixed thoughts on high amp alternators. Some say they sap engine power while some say no impact.
What is the opinion here?

Wow, that’s a tad more then I was hoping

Just confirmed they are bi-flow dryers.
