DT, this thread started out talking about Scan Gauge systems https://www.scangauge.com/ that are hard wired to the bus engine computer(DECC).
Then Art mentioned he installed a battery monitor system https://www.victronenergy.com/battery-monitors/bmv-700 that isn’t wired to the engine computer(DECC), it is hard wired to the house battery bank, and it talks wirelessly via bluetooth to his smart phone about the house batteries only.
Art has oldish inverters and remotes that don’t display much info.
As for this flip phone owner/operator, I have new inverters and remotes that display a lot of good info, so I can live without one.
As far the ScanGauge, I likee.

A good towing service like “Coach Net” is your friend.

It closed last night after flushing twice. Since then, it does not come out to seal the hole. Looks like a circular disc that comes out at the end the flush and traps a little water into the bowl.
Looks to be a Thetford Aria classic or Aria Deluxe II.

Ditto. I will guarantee that with the small alternators if that coach does not have OTR and you try to run house A/Cs while going down the highway you will be maxing out the house alternator and might not even be able to maintain a charge on the house batteries if you have other loads.
As to engine appearance…….it looks pretty clean, but a dirty engine is no indication it was not properly maintained, just that keeping it free of dust and dirty oil stains was not a high priority. The indication of maintenance is the records. If there are no records as far as I am concerned it was not maintained.

Great news Chip & Pam and welcome to the Prevost Community Forum! And I too would like to thank you for your service… Air Force is a branch of our military right? 🙂 I kid, I’m a kidder! My older brother was in the Air Force but only because he couldn’t spell Army! I talk with him every so often but he’s just kind of “up there” if you know what I mean?

Ours is a year older than yours…set up is identical to yours… we do have a switch to put the table in and out .
We do have light switches in toilet and bedroom only and a switch at door for entry but thats it.
We too are Crestron dependent !!

Hi all –
I’ve tried the registration link on my phone, ipad and now laptop, and it just shows logo of the event. We’d love to attend if you still have space. We wouldn’t arrive until the weekend since we have to grab the kids from Salt Lake. Most likely Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.
Sounds like there have been a couple of recent dropouts – we’ll keep our fingers crossed and plan to head your way. Please let us know if there’s contact info for someone we can call or email directly.

no I am having a bad hair day. For some unknown reason to me the pictures are upside down. I tried to correct them but had no success. Just to let everyone know, the awning is back in its stowed position and I will try agiain tomorrow to get the left arm to lock.

You can’t change it on the keypad. A dealer has to plug in to the transmission to reprogram it. Relatively simple; I had it reprogrammed to the way I like it at the first transmission service on the coach.

Harry, you might want to check out our neighborhood :
We are in Crossville TN, one hour West of Knoxville and two hours East of Nashville, just off I-40. It takes me about an hour and 15 minutes to get to Jeff’s (East TN Luxury Coach).
We are up on the Cumberland Plateau at 1,850 feet above sealevel. Our winters and summers are mild with lower humidity than Nashville or Knoxville.
RV homes range from around $350K to over $1M – the nice thing is you can build it most anyway you want. Our neighbors have everyting from simple RV garage homes to RV homes with great workshops or a quilting room for the wife. Again, most anything goes.
All homes are custom. We started building ours last year and have been moved in just over 3 months. We actually rented a house in the development while we were building but if you want, you can live in your coach, free of charge, while your house is under construction. There are also some really nice resale options on the market right now if you don’t want to wait!

I replaced My vanity lights recently with some 180 Lumen G4 base bulbs. I have 3 over each sink. The difference is amazing. Does Your bulbs have the bi-pin G4 base ? Picture of Your fixtures and or bulb type would help.

I’ve been told that, too, and used both with brass fittings and plastic pipe. I’ve had one failure of the plastic ferrule.. I only use brass ferrules and sleeves now.

I concur with you, especially when the stuff is caked on. I have had conversations with Brian about using water to not rub dirt into the surface because there are situations that demand that to properly care for the paint and stainless. Using Wash Wax All correctly will not rub dirt into the surface. Like wise, poor technique water washing will rub dirt into the surface for sure. You practice good technique so no problem with your washing.
So you all are correct. I cleaned my coach that was not messy with Wash Wax All at Bella Terra over several days, a little at a time. But the guys that hired it water washed got a fine job too. Those folks understand the correct way to water wash for sure.
I am done as “Do what makes you happy” works for all of us.
