Most shore power 20 amp receptacles are GFCI protected and unless the coach has a “soft start” or makes sure the ground leg is connected first it might be the GFCI in the box has tripped.

Thanks guys … I’m on it. Will report back.

Does anyone have a picture of auto adjuster in place?

These look like the main bearings.

Howdy Debi and Bob. Great to hear from y’all. Hope all is well with you. I probably need to call Bob to get the latest read on the market and where the bargains are. I was living in the past with the Bob01 – I guess it is now Bob20+
I heard from the seller late yesterday. Unfortunately we are a bit apart and those purse strings don’t seem to be sufficiently long to open up wide enough to bridge the gap. The hunt continues. The great thing about looking is that you connect with folks you haven’t talked to in a while. To that end, I had a nice conversation with Steve B yesterday.

Thanks for heads up on tank. I have seen the reports on this site about Marathon tank. Luckily it is very accessible. It was an inspection item on purchase.
If you look closely at pictures I had Jim at CoachPro install a 8 foot hose and ball valve on outboard side of tank. Several purposes: a. check for moisture, b. aux air source for air tools, c. fill mini airbags up before start up so belts are tight before turning motor over. I have read about folks throwing loose belts.

In Firefox, go to menu and make sure the Hide Images is not turned on. I have no idea how it got turned on using my IPad, I didn’t do it, almost seemed to default to Hide Images when I opened the browser.

When it is running are you getting power into the coach? You could have anything like a oil pressure switch, coolant temp sensor also shutting it down…does it sound normal when it shuts down or does it slow down like it is running out of fuel….

last generation slides which started on 06 chassis has to have a couple things go very wrong to leak.
what was the year of this coach?

Dan and Barb, Based on the temp and pressure you mentioned, it sounds like the system is a little low on R134a, and the low side pressure switch is shutting the system off. All refrigerants have a static temperature-pressure relationship. R134a gauge sets have a pressure-temperature chart on their face, or you can print one online like :
https://www.forane.com/export/shared/.content/media/downloads/products-documentations/fluorochemicals/forane-134a-pressure-temperature-chart.pdf
At 65f, the static pressure of R134a should be about 64psi.When OAT temps are cool, its easier for an under serviced HVAC system to hit the low side pressure switch limit.

Having a leak down issue with my 1991 XL (88,000 miles) with OTR leaking down and called Prevost Fort Worth last week to get into there for service. Service manager said they usually have at least 80 hour labor charge to change out hoses , compressor and related goodies. Said they change out compressor also. That didn’t sound right. Doesn’t seem to have any oil around seal. Mine works, as I told him, but will leak down in a few days. At $10,000 labor alone and Labor could be more if they have to tear anything out to get to some hoses. It could be around $20,000 grand with the parts. Have freon gauges, 2 stage vacuum pump, and nitrogen and a nice new Bus Barn and think I’ll give it a shot.
