Harry another thing could be air in system if it’s not trying to start. Make sure you have plenty of fuel in Prevost tank if gen set is tied in to tank. Mine will draw air about 1/4 tank on gauge. Have had mine do this a couple times over the years and if a Kubota, even when it sit a while, should have a thumb wheel on injection pump to bleed air. Open wheel valve and push starting button or toogle and let air escape.. When it starts you can close bleed valve ,, might have to do it a couple times when running to get air all out..

Hmm…. I guess those huge PC dividend checks you got compliments of my IPhone really didn’t come from a business tool. How is that possible since there are reports of you doing a happy dance at the mail box in your underwear. So my IPhone not only compensated you, but also caused a massive traffic jam on the Pike causing more than one red neck to spill his Budweiser.
Back me up here C’bus, we can’t let him win.

For years I have advocated that coach owners would do themselves a world of good by opening up access panels and seeing what is behind them.
It is amazing what an owner can learn if he actually makes a small effort to understand the coach.

There is a dues increase in your future Mark.

Diane, a voice not raised can never be heard. I’d worry more about being in “stealth mode” as it could make us less invisible to other “stealth” operators, not to mention bugs and birds!

I do have them…have you tried swapping the remotes as in the picture it looks like one shows ac input and the other doesnt, so I assume that is why you are looking for a remote?

I’m in.

I don’t know if this applies to the gear box, but whenever I need a replacement part the first thing I do is use the part number, or manufacturer’s name to find it on line and after learning the price I call Prevost. Often they are competitive, but if not I shop using the internet.

Rocky,
I don’t know how many Amp Hours we have. I’ll have to check. I’ll go out to the coach later this week and look for the information in the ‘big tub’ that contains of all the brochures.
I have room for 3 more batteries in that compartment if I were needing more AH power. The way that we travel, it would be overkill for us.
How many amp hours do you have? Are you using AGM’s or Wet Cell? How long can you go unplugged?
Safe travels,
Mark

Position 9 from left looks like RH stop & cyclop lts, Position 11 from left should be power for fan clutch, And is the wire on the bottom moved to far right? Missing relays R9 Back up lights- R36 AC std clutch- R81 water heater Wabasto Relay R78 low speed fan R79 High speed but if the #11 Breaker is disconnected at bottom neither 1 will work. find an old relay and jump it fo testing.

Craig, You say the CB’s for the clutch are missing, but you say the clutch is locked.
What do you mean? The clutch can be locked using the tabs and provided bolts (not a good long term method) or electrically using the relays lonestar mentions. If locked electrically you are getting power? Or not?

That is typically caused by a broken cell connector inside the battery. A load is put on the broken connector sparks in a explosive gas environment. All this happens inside the battery. Things go boom…
