If your 98 has Meritor brakes?
NAPA, Fleetpride, etc, etc, etc sell the type/# 30 chambers ($40ea) and/or #30 diaphragms ($10ea)

How was I unlucky? The 30 yr old door handle broke on my 96 Liberty
and it was 20*f.

I was at home
I had the window unlatched, Liberty #331, because I knew this could happen at any time and had been procrastinating for 6 yrs about changing the door handle setup BEFORE it broke. I purchased a new one Dorman pt# 760-5206 from amazon in 2019 for $25. Today they are $54. jezz.
In case you don’t know? this happens a lot and folks you will be locked inside and/or outside when you least expect it 🙂
