I have Starlink V3 dish mounted with 4 60 pound pull strength magnets. Glued power coated metal pucks to the aluminum sheeted roof with 3m tape and caulked around rack of the four 360 degree pucks. Works like a champ. I turned off the Starlink wifi and use the on board Peplink B one 5g as my wifi router that runs my Marathon Techlink system, my tv’s, my onboard Sonos, my Amazon Cube, etc. To remotely control the coach and view on board camera, I have a Verizon Mobile Static IP Sim that is inserted in slot A of the Peplink B one 5g. The Static IP Sim is purchased from the http://www.5gstore.com for $120 a month.

Looking good Art, you made a nice upgrade. Don’t be afraid to start using them while you are tweaking the settings. the AGM setting are very close to the Lithium settings.

This is a shot in the dark, but verify CBs 19,20, and 21 have not tripped.
I would then remove the plug from the ECU and put it back a few times to make sure corrosion at the connection is not an issue.
That is all the low hanging fruit I can offer.

Just passed a year with the T-Mobile Home Internet and I remain very satisfied. Even here in S. CA where I had issues with T-Mobile a few years back, we have had no issues on this visit. We stream a lot but not exclusively. Most of our TV is via DirecTV satellite. Northern Exposure on Prime every night and usually a movie or 2 on our days off.

At one time Prevost had a means to upgrade a 10,000 pound hitch to 20,000 (1,500 tongue weight)
If it is not a Prevost designed upgrade do yourself a favor and get a coach specifically designed for the weight you want to tow.
Over the years a lot of Prevost coaches have had structural failure (hidden) because the owners did not comply with the limits which going by memory were the stated hitch weight limit at about 8″ out from the bumper. The typical issue was the CG of the hitch weight was often further out, such as on a motorcycle carrier with the CG as much as 24″ out and a bike weight of 500 lbs, making the limit exceeded by 50% or more.
The Prevost structure that typically experiences broken welds is that which extends downward, sandwiched between the outer skin and the coach interior. First evidence of that will be cracks across the bottom of the rear cap or cracks around the rear cap rivets. The ultimate outcome is the probability the engine cradle will fail.
Prevost will NEVER EVER repair that type of structural failure because they want to stay away from the liability and rightfully so. A Prevost is a bus, was designed for use as a bus and was never designed to be used to pull a trailer.

I dont know how the 2006 was wired but on older ccs the large 50 alternator put out a nominal 12vdc to recharge the house battery bank(s) and the secondary air cooled alternator put out a nominal 24vdc to recharge the chassis battery bank. No combiners or isolators were used. If this one was actually wired with the 50 alternator putting out a nominal 24vdc then the house battery bank would have to be 24vdc so it is hard to see how one part of that bank could be damaged without both taking the same hit. Anything is possible I guess, but it is best to be sure here.

I just replaced my front evaporator.
The condensation pan is a welded-on part of the housing. There were four rubber feet under the pan that just sat on the cabinet floor. There are three machine screws (bolts) that secure the fan in the housing; two at the top and one on the side.
Your condensate drain line looks like it could be tough to get at but your top clearance looks sufficient to angle the fan out and back in. If not, you’ll need to find a way to access under the pan. Perhaps the drain line will allow some movement for access.

No idea what the coach weight rating is i.e. axles, brakes, suspension someone else will chime in.

Total vision looks perfect, except the price.
I’m planning for my trailer to use a home security type wireless camera system then just using my phone. I’ll have solar on the trailer so when disconnected so it’ll be security.
My backup camera fried so not sure if I wanna pull the trigger on a total vision or stick with a security type for the rv too.

Question for pmeisenh – You mentioned in a prior posting the Multi Z might be good for those who wore out their drive tires because they have some extra tread depth. However the data sheet for these tire shows under the heading “Suitable for RV” = NO
Do you know why Michelin says “NO” for RV for this tire? Tread pattern > noise? All the load and speed ratings seem same as the X Line Energy Z.

From reading, it would seem there’s nothing magical going on with the air system, it’s just requires some modifications that allow for better isolation to aid in leak detection.
Here’s my stab at the manifold and ball valve approach that others have used. Hopefully next summer I’ll have some time to do this.
I know this is old hat for many of you but I would still love to learn from past experiences, lessons learned …etc.

Yeah, I agree, should be able to hear this. My ATL storage building is near a busy road but I have an ultrasonic leak detector so maybe I can find it.
Anyone know what the tiny red air line in my diagram above is for? I realize that per the color code standard this would be secondary air, but I’m not seeing what this would have to do with the rear braking system.
Could it be the dash aux air gauge? Here’s a pic? Maybe Royale didn’t include one and a prior owner added?

I have the same type of leak. I now have the bus setting up fine after replacing all air bags and norgren valves. Now the bus air will leak down to 60 lbs in about 20 mins. You would think I could set in the house and hear that kind of leak. When the air drier wants more air you can hear air moving through the system, but I can’t find where it is coming out. I will follow this thread and hope someone will come up with an answer.

Additionally, the HWH will not raise the coach. It just exhausts air to get level. Once you are out of air in your bags it is no longer functional.
