A lot of the time it is a stuck check valve. Go to the circulation pumps on the aqua hot and feel the hoses, the one that is cold leaving the circulation pump has a stuck check valve. Tap it with a hammer and it will free up. There are 3 zones with circulation pumps, 6 hoses, the ones with cold hoses are the ones that have stuck check valves or bad circ pump. Usually stuck check valve.

The light bulbs for the switch can be changed and Prevost sells the bulbs
Ohm out the tabs and see what ones are open and closed circuits in the switch positions and then just get a switch with those switch characteristics. It doesn’t matter if the switch has 5 or 6 tabs as long as five work as needed.

I’ll bet that is one of the most difficult issues to find the cause.
We have so many moving parts in the front end, a large number associated with parts moving within rubber bushings, and an equally large number metal to metal movement such as tie rod ends, that finding the problem is going to be a challenge.
I suspect based on the work done it is not caused by two parts that should not rub together, like a tire rubbing on something. I would also suspect you are not going to hang out of an open door at highway speeds with your head under the coach to try to find the noise. So if it were my coach this is what I would do. I would position the coach so I could safely get under it and it would be supported under the chassis support points but not necessarily with the weight on those supports. I would then use the accessory air fill point in the steer compartment to maintain system air pressure so I could have the coach exercised up and down using level low to listen for noises and look for potential noise sources like something rubbing.
If nothing shows up, I would set the coach at ride height, and using jacks lift the front tires barely off the floor. Make sure the coach has the supports under the chassis support points in place, just in case. Then I would turn the front wheels left and right through their full range, engine off, again listening for noises and looking for rubbing.
If I wanted to go to the trouble, I would lower the chassis a little or raise it a little and repeat the steering exercise. Again, if no noise or detectable rubbing I would hop back in the coach and forget about the noise, which could be ghosts, noisy power steering, or nothing.

All you folks that have a TSD fuel card that does not ask for a PIN and would want to add a PIN will want to email Joy at TSD to ask for a PIN to be added to your card.
Cards being issued now have a PIN included with them. Only older cards will have no PIN. I emailed Joy and it was done in no time flat.

Years ago I was bit by the same bug , cost me 100 dollars in fuel filters by the time that fuel was washed out . Old timer told me old pumps and cracked concrete is a sure sign the fuel will be bad . Bottom line buy where truckers buy they know the roads .

Price. Plus if you have a flat tire they will bring the size you need and only charge you the discounted price. Just thought you should know.

The seminar was announced quite a while back, there was a notice on the forum pages, a thread discussing it, and it was listed in the rally section of the web site, but unfortunately there was not enough folks registering to justify going ahead with it.
While we have a specific agenda for topics based on what we know to be important to owners, we also are flexible in covering off-agenda topics as requested by those attending. But perhaps of equal value is meeting and sharing information with other owners, especially those who have the same type of conversion. It is a fairly intense weekend when we do seminars, but unfortunately for the hours we spend preparing for it, along with the direct costs associated with it we need to have a certain number of attendees and we did not even come close on this one.

gmjdw, we can do a better job of answering your questions if you go to your profile and add a signature line with some coach information.

Used my card for the first time yesterday. Worked without an issue. Only concern I had was the pump did not ask for a password. Is that normal or do I need to contact the card company? Otherwise a 49.3 cent discount off of the cash price and the transaction showed up in the app quickly showing the total savings.

Art, having recently had similar problems, I Replaced the fuel pump, found a pin hole in the fuel lines between the filter where it had rubbed against the block. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel line from the filters and engines. And still had problems, found a bad clamp that was letting a small amount of air in.

You might try this link, they carry a lot of steering wheels & accessories:

Bio in older pre emissions engines good
Bio in newer post emissions bad.
The newer electronic injectors and egr systems dont like it.
I purposely buy B99 for cleaning older engines.

If I heard right at the Michelin presentation (2019 EXPO), those of us with 365 tires do not have to worry about the tire leaving the rim like a 315 may do.
