Front Zone Heater
So I posted a thread about my galley toe kick heater not working found out it was a bad breaker so that is working now, but due to the bad cold front that just moved through Colorado those little heater are not enough to stave off 16 deg nights so we fired up the main heat first, in the back Zone and it works fine, aqua hot kicks on and works great but the front zone… not so great, just blows cold air again the aqua hot works fine its just not making it to the front zone sure was cold up there this morning even had all the toe kick heaters on. has anyone out there experienced this before?

With a aqua hot you will have circulation pumps on the unit for the zones…So if the fans are coming on however you have cold air I would suspect that circulation pump is not working…Could be a bad pump, or the pump is not getting power…You will have to check some voltages to find out…
You can also get manuals for those units online to help..

A lot of the time it is a stuck check valve. Go to the circulation pumps on the aqua hot and feel the hoses, the one that is cold leaving the circulation pump has a stuck check valve. Tap it with a hammer and it will free up. There are 3 zones with circulation pumps, 6 hoses, the ones with cold hoses are the ones that have stuck check valves or bad circ pump. Usually stuck check valve.

t, Call me, it will not take long to diagnose what is going on. Could be bad pump fuse in the Aqua Hot fuse row.
Please have the fan blowing cool air, a VOM meter, cover off of the heater, be at the heater and call me.
