Thanks for the replies. I am getting 110v and 12v heat from all cruise airs,salon/galley/bedroom.
But on the salon and galley heat coming from toe kick area, but the fan is running blowing out the A/c ducts( cool, not heated air)?
the fan is not blowing on the bedroom unit.
Is this normal?

This the model you use? Is Progressive Industries the unit with the impressive warranty. I have read the discussions before, but my mind leaks.

Tom Smith told me about using 5% Acetic Acid (Vinegar)…. I dilute it with pure water and put it in a spray bottle. It really works well.
Thanks everyone for great suggestions about deionizers. Many choices.

Thanks.

Tom on mine no pumps had to be removed. I think it was a small access panel on the passenger side… and it was all right there… not sure where marathon sources their hose but it seems to be more robost than the typical stuff they added ends to both end and we were back in business that was going on 6 years ago with no issues… I used to give it three clicks to get it all the way out… so you would probably be fine with 2.

We Prevost owners are possibly the most inconsistent folks possible.
There is no doubt I can save a lot of money by doing half the oil changes I currently do. Lets get specific……I use roughly 10 gallons per oil change or maybe a little less so I am spending approximately $120 per oil change for oil. If I went to 10,000 mile oil changes with filters and oil my annual savings would be in the $150 range.
When I compare that savings as a percentage of what it really costs to own my coaches it becomes meaningless. My annual costs unrelated to miles which include insurance, depreciation, tires, batteries, and other age related repairs it might represent a couple of percent of my fixed cost of ownership.
I used to try to buy the cheapest light bulbs, belts, hoses, etc. but now I realize if I was really concerned with trying to save money I would start with getting rid of the bus. Not going to happen. At least not right away.

Yes they are the exact unit that cruiseair uses.

Rick, I have zero knowledge about Marathon and how they set up their Crestron, but on my Crestron equipped coach I have multiple touch screens throughout the coach and on rare occasions I will be unable to start or stop the generator on a particular screen. My response is to use a different screen and all generator functions will work on my second choice when none worked on my first.
Liberty uses their “Watchdog” for generator control and protection so the issue you have may be totally unrelated to my experiencing the same thing. I assume you have screens throughout the coach and have you tried others when the one failed to respond?
When it happens on my coach the next time I want to turn the generator on or off the screen that did not work will work perfectly. Go figure. Its the little electrons running around playing with me.

I apologize. I completely missed the last post to this thread. I was not on the road home yet from Phoenix, but I was dealing with a broken tooth while working and trying to get into a dentist. I hate I missed it but I was a little self absorbed at the time.
I appreciate your advice, the link to the diagram and your willingness to help.I think those might be the pressure switches for the brake lights. I believe there’s a brake light switch for the primary and one for the secondary air circuit, but I’m a little rushed at the moment to dig into the wiring diagrams to confirm. You could have someone push the brakes and see if 24V passes through.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think the parking brake switch might be on the “Spring brake valve assembly” number 13 in this diagram

Which would suggest maybe the steering compartment?? I wish our bus was around so I could look.
