My old original speedometer started behaving erratically 6 yrs ago. I tighten some grounds on the backside of the instrument panel and all has been well since.

Replace it with compression. You didn’t mention what the airline source was, assuming aux air.

Detroit said 06C-4 has been completed on my serial number. But there was an associated recall number D07C3-A that has not been done. Will get that sorted.

Here’s a photo of the right front tire on a Monaco that belongs to a friend of mine that blew out on an interstate highway at cruising speed. His wife was driving at the time of the incident. The coach remained stable due to the tire staying on the wheel and was driven to a normal stop off the road. His steering axle wheels were, and still are, equipped with Tyron Multibands which prevented the tire from coming off the rim which is the cause of loss of control in blowout incidents.

I would rather drive without seatbelts than without Tyron multiband equipped steering axle wheels.

    Again, my two cents worth.

I haven’t even gotten time to address your previous post but this is what I’m talking about with inaccurate information. Out of 3 assertions – 2 are incorrect. Maybe you are required to try to drive relion sales up or whatever. But it sounds like an awful lot of sales speak when it’s that inaccurate. You asked to be direct. Well here it is :

jon says : “Victron will not allow series connections”

Victron makes 12,24 (and even 48v before ) lithium batteries. And they can be series and parallel connected. Victron link here proving this :
    https://www.victronenergy.com/batteries/lithium-battery-12-8v

jon says “Relion is the only drop in option for almost all Prevost conversions.”

seriously ? The market is littered with companies providing 8d lithium batteries

    lithionics 8d – https://lithionicsbattery.com/product/12v-330ah-8d-module/

    lifeblue – http://www.lifebluebattery.com/rv-boat-lithium-ion-batteries/300ah-lithium-battery.html

    Lithium battery co – https://www.lithiumbatterypower.com/products/copy-of-12v-300ah-lithium-ion-battery-group-8d

    kilovault – https://kilovault.com/kilovault-serie-hlx-2/?lang=en

    Nexgen – https://nexgenbattery.com/shop/batteries/12v-300ah/

That’s off the top of my head just for 8d lithium’s, there are a ton more and even more at other sizes that fit in to 8d spaces And all the above can be serial or parallel connected. To say relion is the only choice just isn’t true- maybe the only one sold by Tom or maybe the only one based out of Charlotte NC or maybe your choice but seriously – I have no $$$ in this but sorry this just isn’t true.

You guys are talking too fast. Is the master switch chassis (which I presume) and is it possible the air heard is the solenoid controlled manifold receiving air since the master is on?

One Prevost accessory air manifold always has accessory air pressure, the other not until the key (master?) is on.

Could be air to the belt tensioners, seat, air bags, etc.

Different converters do different things so Fred, as a Featherlite/Vantare guy the burden is on you to solve this problem. Me and Bernie are spectators.

    Roy,

Please make an introduction to my brother, Jim Bolin, who is a real estate broker for Keller Williams in Springfield. He has lived there a long time. A good guy to get to know.
