Hey Chip, we expect to see you and Pam back in a real purdy new bus and motoring down the highway. Best of luck as you look for your next best thing and by all means stay in touch.

OK, this is it. This is almost the last of the OYSTERFEST 2018 – BELLA TERRA NO RALLY – RALLY photos …

My 2007 Prevost also had an intermit bay door dash light show up. At a rally Prevost tech with a lap – top did the fix.
The current Multi-flex operating system which replaced most all of the relays allows locating the individual problem door. I have this multi-plex system.
We are no longer picking up the signal from the problem door.
Jeff, your posting say’s 2009 Prevost so you have the Multi-plex operating system…The locking system is Prevost based.

The first coach I seriously looked at was financed by a small local bank who loaned on the strength of the customer. From that loan the bank became aware of the Prevost conversion and would loan to me as well.
I offer that from the standpoint of contracting the bank who financed the current owner. Maybe they would make another loan on a product they know? It may be worth a phone call.

I headed to Whitehouse from NY. I called and talked about my problems and had all my questions answered, I was told to come on down. They allowed me to stay 2 nights in their yard, benchtested a 1 Magnum 2812, removed 2 Freedom 25’s, installed 2 Magnum 2812’s ( which I brought with me ).
All questions I asked were answered, all work neat and clean, and the new inverters have brought my 4 yr old LIFELINE housebank new life.
Just my thoughts on a shop of professional smart nice guys! They asked me if I was ok with their charges…..I was thrilled.

Next time I need a fan clutch, considering going to electric fans. Haven’t done the research yet.

Davy, This is just me shooting from the lip, but anytime you run a pair of anything at the same time you often fail to notice when the first one quits. Is it possible one had already quit and now when the second quits it appears both quit simultaneously?
That does not necessarily hold true for plane engines.

OK, story time. I had an alternator problem in Kansas just North of the Oklahoma border. Asked a couple of good ol farm boys who could do DD work and they both suggested a place in a nearby town. I called and the owner said to bring her by and that they would look at it. I pulled into their yard, made a huge turn around since I was pulling my stacker and stopped toward the back of their shop. I was greeted and I told them my problem, raised the back and all three looked and said ” Damn, that sure is a big motor.” I thanked them, closed the rear, cranked up and headed to Okie City. Got it fixed in Okie City. Broken wire on alternator.

Les,
My 2002CC/2000 chassis has been as trouble free as anything I read about on any forums. Jon, Tom, Jeff and others preach it all the time. What’s important is how the coach was cared for. I was lucky and the prior owner had it the majority of its life and did a great job of care and maintenance. ( This is not to say Jon won’t give you trouble if you purchase anything but a Liberty. ) Buddy and Michael have got to have as much CC owners experience as anyone on PC so they are a great source. Gil on POG is also a great source and has ownership experience and expertise. I am not aware of CC’s having unusual electrical problems. Coaches of my vintage have what is referred to as the Electrical Control Center usually referred to as ECC when you read about it, which is different than the years you are considering. Crestron will be in the coaches you are considering. I find the ECC to be a simpler/different way to accomplish the same tasks as newer CC’s and other converters, but it is different and I do believe some have seen it as a problem because it is different. CC under its new owner still services and produce the items for the ECC. There is a very good article on POG “Country Coach – Why Buy One” that you should read. It seems all of us sing the praises of what we own and I love em all, but I agree with you that prices are different and although I haven’t checked today there have been come very nice CC’s for sale lately. Hope to see you down the road in your new coach.
P.S. Jeff can fix anything, even a Liberty.

“Fatigue and 17 hour run”, WHOA
Have you tried to find numbers on the bladders and Google them?

I also have the older version, but even worse than not having a manual, a previous owner disconnected it somehow and I haven’t figured out where it was disconnected. Probably the user manual says how to use it, but I sure would like to find some wiring schematic for it someday.
Jonathan, if you have trouble uploading to the forum, maybe you could send me an email with the pdf attached.

Dodge Ram 1500 4×4 Hemi gives you the correct transfer case for towing. Setup could not be easier.

Likewise, a great experience as we are on our second Liberty coach in 5 years. This was our first coach of any kind which drove me to Liberty since we knew nothing. A lot of hand holding and patience on their part but we were able to adapt and digest all the complexities of coach ownership…. welcome to PC the absolutely best resource available on the planet!!!! Can’t stress how important this site has been to us and the thousands that participate!!!!!
safe travels!!!
