It’s mounted right in front of the drive axle, you can see it if you look under. (don’t crawl under without supports)

That is awesome… I love it… do you have to add more base to it or is it the picture that makes it look narrow?? does the platform the mattress sits on have to b the same width as the mattress itself, I’ve often wondered if we can’t cheat and put a wider mattress on some of these beds especially when having a mattress custon made.
I wish we had a king size bed and I actually think we have room to add about 6 inches to the width but not a full 1 inches.
You are going to love that !!

Tom , my 02 CC had the clip you push and roll the shade out ( there are 2 types of old style clips). It was a total PIA because of lack of space inside the valances. I could push the clip but no room to roll. Hunter Douglas has improved the design so I replaced with the current clips. Now I move a lever to the side and they now come right out. Might be worth the change if space is an issue. I picked mine up at a local Hunter Douglas store but they are on the net also.

First chance I’ve had to thank you all (lack of internet connection). Sitting in Edmonton now, Calgary tomorrow. Understand all your inputs and should be able to get it when I get home.
I’m running a Bendix remanned by Bendix D-2, Bendix part number 275491, the spec cut in at 100 out at 120. Put this part in this spring, did not change any symptoms I had last year, i.e. 3 to 5 pound cycles. Will proceed with the items you have mentioned above. Thanks again.

If the oil pressure is too low, with the DD computer sound an alarm or shut the engine down?

I agree. Don’t let that guy tell you any differently.
The spindle end of the axle housing is most likely toast. you can call a nationwide company called Axle Surgeons. they have made a living since the 1970’s from these kind of bonehead mistakes.

John, are you looking for 40′ or is the Royale at Panterra an attractive price and you’d settle for 40 instead of 45′ ? You would have to get PPI and may need tires fairly soon. Where are you located and what is your price range ? “How old is old ?” is an interesting question. For the right bus in a given range the shell year has little to do with anything. In fact, when it comes to mileage, think the opposite of buying a car or light truck. Given the two busses you have mentioned, I would investigate the 2001 Royale 45′ at Parliament. Are you hung up on XL11 over an H ?

MM, if you get the full range of Liberty noise toys you will have the train whistle to play with when you are bored and running parallel to a train out west and there is nobody but you and 300 RR cars.
Then you will have the 100 song musical selector with “On The Road Again” in the number one spot. That is used to irritate everyone in an RV park because they know you are showing off. Especially annoying when you depart at 5:00 AM. I reserve my music playing for when I am parked next to Gil.
Along with that will be the standard police siren which includes the “yelp”, siren, and wail, all very capable of getting attention. Combine that with the standard police PA system and you can probably give the moron in the fast lane driving at 62.5 MPH a scare along with verbal commands to pull over.
All completely unnecessary because your new Liberty will get all the attention you can stand.

The Bose could work, if the TV has audio out. Not all do and some only have fiber out. Fiber can be adapted. A better choice is adding a soundbar.

You should have installed 30/36. They are sized that way for a reason. The first is the spring brake is an emergency brake and there is no way a 30 will provide the emergency stopping force of a 36. But as a parking brake you also need a 36 because the 24 on the tag is pretty anemic and is only going to supplement the drive axle parking brake.
But if you disagree you are more than welcome to back 3/4 of the way up my driveway, and then step out of your coach. If it remains in place I will gladly eat a full serving of crow.
The reason we have such weird sizes on our coaches is to balance the braking forces our axle weight limits need. If we go too big we have premature lock up, and if we go too small we might not be getting all the braking force our drums or discs can provide.
