Is this really just an excuse to show off your immaculate plumbing bay? I’m jealous.

Where is all the copper !!!!!!!!!!!!! OH thats right, you don’t have any. You bought brand X
Jon can share some of his when we get to OKC.
We don’t use very much soap over here in Louisiana but I will look around for ya.

Doesn’t chrome and brushed aluminum look so much better than plumber’s copper?
You may not need to replace the soap dispenser. No more dirty hands from polishing the pipes 😉

Getting a straight answer from this bunch is tough, but I believe I’ll take the chrome and brushed aluminum over the copper. Sorry about any dust in the picture, I already took care of it. Did I mention how happy I am to once again have a water manifold system where I can turn off any water distribution source from one location. Oh, maybe I forgot that.:)

Truk,
Wouldn’t a call to Marathon put you on the right track? They probably have some on the shelf as I would think they have used those for years.

Hard to believe you and Jon haven’t rebuilt at least one of those before. Even if it’s not working it makes a nice art piece and the stainless is beautiful.

Tom is now attempting to match Gil’s record number of posts taking shots at Liberty. It took me a while to stop laughing about having the water shut offs on a manifold, presumably in a bay, outside, likely in the back.
Think about this for a moment. When you are working on plumbing, or have a need to shut off water to a fixture that might be broken and spraying water everywhere, do you take the time to put on your shoes to run out in the snow around the coach in the dark to try to figure out which of the knobs with the tiny labels is the one you want to turn off so you don’t flood the carpet? Or would you rather have the shut off valves right at the fixture itself, typically under the cabinet (that is well lighted I might add) as it is on Elegant Lady coaches.
This is too easy dealing with naysayers.

Tom that soap dispenser and water fauct are the same as I have inmy 92 Beaver. If you find a way to fix it let me know. I get mine working but by the time I use the coach again its not working.

Ah, excuse me mister perfect, I was not taking a shot at Liberty, my Royal also had brass pipes and keeping them clean and shiney was a PIA no matter what brand uses them.
I’ll keep all this in mind the next time I open the access door on my salon A/C to clean the filter instead of pulling the refrigerator.
Mark – I tried to get Al to use his credit card at Marathon, but no luck.

Jon, are you feeling lonely or just got up on the wrong side of the bed?
You might want to review my posts. I do take jabs at dumb things done when converting coaches. I don’t pick on Liberty, but I have picked on some things they did. If you want to put routine maintenace items behind an entertainment system; that’s fine. What is dumb is making removal of the entertainment center so hard. Why not design a hinged or slide mount for the entertainment center to allow access to systems needing routine maintenance? It wouldn’t be too hard.
We still love ya man, even if you are a little grumpy at times.

Boys, play nice. I’ve owned both…Marathon gets the clear win on plumbing.

I have soap pumps at each sink in the Dynasty. If I don’t use them regularly, I have to clean out the pump as some of the soap has become thick and/or dried out.
I found out if I thin out the liquid soap with water when filling them up, it has helped them tremendously.
Tom, how much are they new as a replacement from Marathon? Just curious.
(The new coach will not have any built-in soap pumps inside).
