For as little as we dry camp, I hate putting more holes in my roof,the old solar was 20 years old 4 different brands of panels, We use to be a Zamp dealer a long time ago, and helped my friend install 4 panels on his Tiffin last year, Last year we installed 12000 watts of solar at our house and I know how expensive solar is. We live in the house, Bus is a fun thing, I love solar but not on the bus I hate drilling holes in the bus.If we lived in our bus I would put solar on it.

Typical lead acid batteries drain a couple percent a month, so not horrible but still not good to lose 10% over the winter. Charge mode on your inverter should be specifically designed to keep your house batteries topped off but cut all other loads off.
If your storage has power then I would have definitely added a 24v charger for your chassis batteries and kept the inverters on, just flipped the 120v Breakers for stuff you don’t need on. It’s their power and they should give you 15a.

Yes, 120V. Thanks for the info. That will make the new dimmers a simple swap. The dimmer with 2 wires in one hole threw me off. I was also wrong about which was the hot wire so that guidance is also appreciated.

The way my 92 CC is setup, as long as my Level switch is on and I have AUX air, I will maintain level up and down. My bus will hold level for about a week so i don’t bother leaving the switch on. I level and turn it off. There is a post going into depth on this on this site somewhere.

I have always wondered what that valve is for and should it be cracked open slightly. I seem to remember something on my other coach about it being a air bleed or something like that. Any info?

I never leave my bus plugged in charging all the time. When i get home from a trip, i switch the 12 and 24 Chassis disconnects off, and my house battery disconnects are off.

Week off and trying to get stuff done.
1. New aux compressor installed and box built around it.
2. Air leaks fixed, now holds air for 45min. Never had a working aux compressor prior to repair so I never knew what was leaking.
3. Air dryer canister removed, will install new one tomorrow
4. lost 2 axle nuts, now fixed
5. One hub needed oil, fixed.
6. 1/8 tires lost air over winter, shop fixed.
tomorrow – hope to grease brakes and install wheels.

I should mention that when recently working on these valves to be sure everything worked correctly and to fix air leaks, that the center solenoid was given 26volts when the key was on. The rest were given only 12volts when activated. If you put a 12volt solenoid in the center spot, it will work. However, it will be extremely hot and likely start smoking/smelling eventually since it’s constantly hot when key is on. It is definitely a potential for fire.
The 24volt solenoids work with 12volt as far as I can tell. I bought about half dozen of these coils as spares. It was very difficult to find a 12volt coil. So, it might make sense to just have 24volt coils which will work in any position.
