I do not lube our pins. But I did upgrade to the newer red handled pins, ththey are mmuch easier to use.

In all the years of towing two different Roadmaster tow bars I have never greased pins, I was just curious If anyone else did, I like those big Red handled pins on Amazon looks easier to pull out, I might have to get some of those

Art, the big red handles are great. Quite often the pins are very hard to get out unless I take our jeep out of tow mode and move it forward a bit, with the handles it is much easier to twist, wiggle and get them out without moving the jeep. I carry the old ones as a backup, along with extra cables, plugs, hose etc for the tow system. The red handles are worth every penny.
