Could be anywhere in the aux system. Slides are electrically operated.

See if you can hear a leak. That is the starting place. If you hear air escaping and try to narrow it down to an area or device.

no or low boost =black rolling smoke out exhaust.(over fueling) You have a pre egr engine and that is good.

    1. Years ago you could go to an auto parts store an order a matched set of belts which were made basically back to back on same machine. Now days if you ask like I did several years ago they will look at you with the look as if you just came from Mars .Counter guy in Napa told me he never heard of such a thing ,older guy next to me just laughed told me have not made in long time,,dang it sucks to be old.Your belts even same part number probably not the same length.

This was from jimenginedecals on ebay. He said he was working on the artwork, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost two weeks. We’ll see how it pans out. As far as the engine goes, it’s coming along nicely. Next up is to refinish the exhaust manifolds and mount them and the exhaust pipes to the turbo. This seems to be taking a long time. Although, the thought of cruising down the road with the whole family keeps me going.

Internet is so slow that I can’t send pictures now. High winds blew internet antenna off.

Thanks to you both. I was looking for the easy option so I ordered that part from Prevost. The regulator was available for $60 or a kit with all the associated parts for $600. I said “WTF” and she said the 4 way valve was $400. Does that make any sense to anyone? That can’t be right.

I talked with Brandon & Bill at Liberty. They don’t have a part or part# for hose replacement. They suggest going to an autopart store and hunting thru their hoses and finding one that will work. It won’t be the first time I’ve had to do this.

Your hiring a driver to pilot your new bus ? Where on earth do you expect to find a reliable / experienced driver to handle a 50,000 lb Prevost with a commericial D/L, and a good driving record ?

This whole thing is a train wreck.

Got the same warning from Firefox but they have an option to connect anyway if you know the site. It sounds like it’s just a bad certificate or some other silly issue but at least I could get in using Firefox.

You can probably add Emissions crap, Regen problems. Things get hot with these engines.
