Detroit Diesel 8v92 Silver decal?
I have been scouring the internet looking for new “Silver 92” decals for my valve covers and have been unable to find them. Long shot I’m sure, but do any of you have a source for the round “Silver 92″ decal that is 3 3/8” diameter and goes on valve covers?

That’s the one. Rebuild is coming along nicely. I found a guy on ebay who said he could make some for me. Do you know where I can get some?

Is it carboy43? I was looking for those at one time as well and reached out to him to make them. The problem was that the high temp ones had a 150 minimum order and the were about 3 bucks per. Fast decals was better but i never did order them. I looked high and low as well.

If you need someone else to jump in on a group buy count me it. I wouldn’t mind having a few of those around. I bet others with the 8V on this site would take some also.

This was from jimenginedecals on ebay. He said he was working on the artwork, but I haven’t heard anything from him in almost two weeks. We’ll see how it pans out. As far as the engine goes, it’s coming along nicely. Next up is to refinish the exhaust manifolds and mount them and the exhaust pipes to the turbo. This seems to be taking a long time. Although, the thought of cruising down the road with the whole family keeps me going.
Internet is so slow that I can’t send pictures now. High winds blew internet antenna off.
