We use it too and it’s great! Thanks to Jon&Tom for setting it all up.

I use the app to find good pricing and I think we’ve even seen almost 60c off pump price once. It seems to vary so using the app is a bonus. Petro and TA seem to be the best discount right now.

Anyone else see the RVing with Andrew Steele and the criticism he had of 1) Maintenance required on Older Prevost, and two) 8V92’s. He even had the guy from Bordur Coach talking about how bad the 8v92 is, but he does not work on or maintain them. Same guy that said to put wood flooring in a Prevost will cost between $7,500 and $15,000. That must be wood flooring that is hand hewn, gently rubbed for a year, polished with the gold standard for polish, and then wiped gently with a butt for another year.

Whomever in the PC that recently said “we have some idiot in Arizona running around offering advice on Prevost” hit the nail on the head.

I think we can agree most if not all the dealers represented here are good . However we must keep in mind they work for the seller and have an obligation to do the best for them not you . So we/you need to have the unit check out by an independent source or have the dealer stand by the coach . I’m looking at a 06 and will have the dealer or owner bring the coach up to standards or calculate those cost in the purchase price .

I-70 thru colorado mountains is NO trouble. 38 mph up the grades, 35 down the grades by “jake”. But unless C Dot has done some pavement work since March, the ROAD surface in general SUX!! We suggest steer clear

I have one similiar to what David posted. Got it at NAPA years ago. Haven’t used on bus but worked great for adding oil to auto R12 systems that I could only find non-pressurized in quart bottles.

Hi Chuck, A sawed-off shotgun is typically considered as anything under an 18 inch barrel And I agree with you it’s incredible firepower, and the sight of it alone will stop many problems in there tracks. Especially a pump action that has a sound unlike any other weapon. They also have pistols that fire a 410 shell that’s an attention getter as well. Not sure if they offer other gauges but I’m sure of the 410.

Travel today makes us consider things that we may not have a few weeks ago. Be safe, Be wise and Be aware!!!

A light, yet complete “layer” of olive oil will prevent evaporation, but as I type this now, wonder if anything would grow on the olive oil if left for an extended period of time. Not sure if it would matter, but perhaps baby oil…?

    1) New tires on bus. Like new (looking) take offs mounted on 22.5 Pete Alcoa wheels bought from LKQ HT (currently has 24.5’s).
After mounting found a guy that polishes so hauled 4 outer drives to him. Those turned out so good took remaining 6. Just picked those up and only swapped steers so far.
Truck is 379 EXT 3406E Cat just a toy.

    2) Helped my buddy Joe (Pogger) swap rear diff in his Pete.

    3) Completely rewired boat trailer and replaced 2 of the 6 sets of wheel bearings that were bad. One had started to weld inner to spindle.

    4) Removed rear door and had fiberglass redone on a Marathon trailer.

    5) Replaced all capacitors in 3 Cruisairs in bus. Replaced bad bearing in OTR A/C idler. Also updated to newer style alternator belt tensioner. Replaced OTR A/C evap blower solenoid. Greased toilet flapper so bowl now holds water.

    6) Replaced crank damper on Cat in Pete with Vibratech. That was fun without removing radiator. Also replaced driver’s seat and cab air bags.

    7) Bought a new toy. Had one of these 20 yrs ago.

    8) Great time at Lake Texoma Memorial weekend.
