Art,
Good to hear you are back in the saddle.
Very happy to hear both you and the bus are running well.
Keep on trucking…er.. busing, and keep on walking.

The coils on the 5 stack of most Prevost are 24vdc.But some Prevost, like my 96 XL Liberty Classic, have 12vdc coils in all 5 positions except #3, its 24vdc.Your Royale might be like mine? Check with a multimeter and/or Art will know. Also, there should be a label on all the coils (see pic).Last I checked, Prevost Parts doesn’t list a 5 stack manifold w/12vdc coils. For a 24v bus – 5 stack manifold is Norgren # D0043EP5W2 = Prevost # 641205, comes with 24vdc coils. Here is my 5 stack setup, and maybe yours too.12v #1 coil is for supply12v #2 coil is for manually raising & lowering front24v #3 coil is for the normal ”drive/travel” modefilte12v #4 coil is for manually raising and lowering the back right12v #5 coil is for manually raising and lowering the back left12vdc coils are Norgren # 54452-0224vdc coils are Norgren # 54452-03all armatures are Norgren # 54462-31

That’s pretty cool feature

I used masking tape to hold it in place until adhesive set.

They should run directly to the top of the fuel tank. Pick up and return will be found beside the pick up and run for the engine. There is often access behind a panel in on of the outside compartments directly in line with the fuel tank. Not easy access in my past coach.

The right hand inverter wouldn’t give me any 120. Once I fired up the generator I got 120 on both inverters and both charged. Ran the generator for a couple of hours, shut it down and now both invert 120volt AC. Four trip to Blackhawk Farms Raceway was uneventful … as it should be in a Liberty Coach!

Update: The ECM, the Allison computer, and keypad were all tested this morning and all show they are working properly.

The Bosch would be chassis not house, assuming you don’t have Prevost OTR.
-
Roof mounted automatic would be the Winegard Trav’ler or the RF Mogul version (Eagle, IIRC). Anything other than a full size home style antenna will not allow you to receive ANY HD programming and “IF” DTV ends the SD broadcasts as they keep promising no dome style antenna will be able to even get a full line of broadcast channels. If you want to use a dome I would recommend using DISH in the RV. Still many limitations but at least full HD.

Not super familiar with your vintage Marathon. The first thing I would check on mine would be the inverter (s) what is it saying?
Good luck

What is a secondary charge indicator?
More to the point, what does the voltage gauge indicate when the light comes on?
A low voltage can be the result of a failed alternator, it can also indicate a failed voltage regulator. What test was done to show the alternator had failed and the issue was not something else?
Be specific as to your coach system. Single or multiple alternators, voltages, etc. Some coaches have two alternators in your vintage, such as a 24V for the chassis and a 12V for the house. But if the house is a 24V one then a single 50DN alternator feeding power to house and chassis batteries through an isolator may be used.

I cannot thank you enough for sharing the info to be able to pull up the manuals, that is awesome.
