Art – if this isn’t what you’re asking then ignore. The line I think you are asking about is a vent line. That line was moved at some point from rear of front cover to higher up on front of cover (as looking at engine).
Oil feeds from small line that splits front to rear on top of alternator running back to front. Drain line is 1″ from bottom of alternator to oil pan. That other line routed to front engine cover is the vent.
I did the automatic tensioner upgrade, and also the vent line change. I didn’t understand HOW the vent line change could possibly make any difference whatsoever, until I got the kit. Old line fittings were about 1/8″, new ones look like 1/4″. Supposed to vent better and help eliminate leaks is what I remember.

Jerry, my guess is in two parts. If the existing seat still has good upholstery and padding it might be relatively easy to rebuild the seat. Once the seats are off the base they are easy to work on.
But if that is noit a reasonable option I cannot think of why a good captains chair from one of the high end SUVs would not work well. You might have to create a new base but that would not be hard.
Don’t forget to check with converters like Marathon to see if they have any spare parts or better yet seats removed when they did an interior refurbish. Contact them all. You never know what they might have sitting around.

Hi Art,
if you decide to sell I would be interested in buying these. Let me know. Thanks

Ah Liberty! Beautiful interiors and workmanship…But, doors behind doors and more doors and walls behind walls and things put in the most unlikely of places! Geo

Bill, you are referring to the 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited – New – 3 rows Jeep – close to a Suburban size…
Dave is referring to the new 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit – New – 2 rows Jeep.
Unlike the 2021/22 Jeep® Grand Cherokee that offers a third row, the 2022 Jeep® Grand Cherokee is only available with two rows. This new SUV has a shorter wheelbase, upgraded grille, and a more sporty design…
The Grand Cherokee 4xe plug-in hybrid follows early in 2022. New Grand Cherokees—both two- and three-row—are being built at the new Mack Plant in the Detroit Assembly Complex
There are also (2) more larger new vehicles, Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer built at Warren Truck Assembly Plant.

Thanks, Dick. I will check them out.

Jon,
In the XLII the relay is in the rear engine relay box above the engine as you said. On the H3, the relay is located in the compartment in front of the passenger side engine door. Mine has chassis batteries in that compartment as well as some controls. Funny they would locate them in different places.
Not sure about the octoplex coaches. I’ve look at them trying to find the relay, but they are a different beast.

Prior to the explosion of available LED bulbs that are able to replace the incandescents I chose to install a reasonably bright red reading light that shined down on the Prevost dash. It was very effective at making the dash readable at night.

And for you Folks that need a new Carrier O5G 41 CFM compressor , I have one sitting in the shelve out in the barn with double pulley and clutch already installed. Carrier (Corpus Christi tx.) rigged it for my XL a couple years back. Never used it. Email if you need one.

I replaced all of mine on my 1992, even the rubber in front of the drives that covers the valves. I bought everything from Prevost except the ones behind the drives. These I purchased from a truck shop. The ones behind the drives that i bought from a truck shop, had no holes, i drilled them to match my steel brackets. All hardware was replaced with Stainless steel.

Love the OTR A/C. On trip home from FL in June, I saw 56 degrees on bathroom thermometer in mid 90 degree weather. Coach and dash blower fans on low.
Wife and dog both needed blankets. Was just right in driver’s seat with sun coming in.

Personally I wouldn’t touch that coach with a 20 foot pole.
Apart from a “non-standard” alternator set up it is a non OTR coach. I have not hesitated to make it known I want only a coach with OTR, and not an over the road set up that a converter has installed but the real deal.
My opposition is simple. Liberty uses Cruisairs and on the hottest days when you need A/C the most Cruisairs have a difficult time working properly when they have hot air radiating from the highway surfaces trying to cool the condenser.
There is not enough information to know if the coach was converted to a roof air coach, but if it was not it is going to be an uncomfortable ride on hot days.

Since this is supposedly a rare non-OTR Liberty it would make sense then there was never a 50DN, never a manual tensioner, and the odd bracket/pulley config pictured is probably as-built by Liberty.
That said, I’m still surprised Liberty didn’t use the 12v 50DN like Royale did in their configuration (and Bluebird). That would suggest that Liberty viewed the 12v 50DN as unnecessary in a non-OTR Classic Lady. As discussed in another thread, this aligns with the 50DN removal mod that many S60 Bluebird owners are doing these days.

Thanks George, it belongs to a friend here at home so when I get ready to look at it I’ll go to their web site.
