I’ve used Biobor at every fill up all year long for years with the Foretravel and current coach and have never had a fuel problem. Maybe just lucky?
I like Les’ spout doo dad. Gonna get me one. The large bottle won’t pour into the tank.

More like 2.5 to 3 hours to bring them back for full charge.
Good luck with the Transmission.

While wrong, wrong, wrong in your opinion, no so in mine. I would really like to have a better turning radius and I would like to avoid the harsh effect of a solid axle when you come off the edge of roadway. I doubt there is much difference in overall ride driving down a straight smooth highway.

Yep, X4 on using the tunnel. It’s funny that you don’t like it as I have been through that tunnels more than a dozen times and have never once had an issue that would make be even consider a different route.
Safe travels!

The tunnel is much quicker. If you absolutely don’t want to do the tunnel you can bypass the tunnel.
Heading west exit ALT 90 (exit 27) which is the last exit before the tunnel. Head north on ALT 90 to Interstate 165. It is generally quicker to go north on Interstate 165 to Interstate 65 and head south and rejoin Interstate 10 about 6.5 miles west of the tunnel. You can also go south on Interstate 165 but you will have to take North Water Street through downtown to rejoin Interstate 10.
Heading east take Interstate 65 north to Interstate 165 and head south to the New Bay Bridge Road (ALT 90) and then rejoin Interstate 10 just east of the tunnel. Alternatively exit Water Street (exit 26B) and follow north to Interstate 165 to ALT 90 (New Bay Bridge Road).
The I-65 option adds about 10 miles to the trip. The Water Street option adds about 8 miles to the trip. Time wise, they are both about the same depending on traffic.

That’s an Allison Transmission responsibility. It could be as simple as a problem with the transmission control module or a temperature sensor, or something more serious.

Based on loaded weight I have been running the same PSI as Jon.
Steer tires: 105 PSI
Drive tires: 85 PSI
Tag tires: 80 PSI

Jim & Chris, the Legendary guys as you probably know came from Country Coach. Consequently all the systems are basically the same as later CC’s. From what I understand the dual system is just a much more robust way of doing what the previous single two stage unit did. I know that Roger loves his and Steve Bennet has one that has the de-lam fix. Geo.

Hey Jim, Why the Legendary conversion? What about them tintalates your timtalator?
Or put another way, What’s that about?

Just wanted to take a minute to report on my A/C issue. I finally got the mobile RV guy to the my garage to look at the unit (I don’t do bus roofs anymore). The problem, as Jeff suggested, was a fan capacitor. It was replaced and all is good (for now….).
Thanks everyone for your input.

I rebuilt both sides with new #36 diaphragm as both pulled the rubber away from 1 spot on the cans exactly as the pic above. First side 4 years ago & 2nd 2 months ago. When i took the #36 Prevost can to Fleet Pride the profile did not match the truck #36. If i was sure it did not create interference i would would have purchased the truck can’. They were cheap.

No change on the accessory air gauge when compressor stops. The coach suddenly developed a serious lean in the curb rear about the same time. Ride height to stops in 20 min after key off. Replaced 3 right rear air bags, Norgren 5 port & 3 port above the tag & all new DOT compression brass. The coach is staying near upright after 12 days. 1 problem solved but not the acc air gauge. Still see a 15-20 psi drop when the dryer sneezes. I need to watch the primary & secondary gauges closer to determine if they are acting the same as they would be 1st in line after the compressor & dryer. Got distracted from the coach for a while.
Have not found a leak in the acc gauge tiny air line connected to the converter air manifold. Don’t hear the dryer exhaust port leaking after spitting. Went poking around with an ultrasonic leak detector & could not find other obvious leaks.
Thanks
Roger

I must be missing something here…how long have you owned that coach? You did not know how or where to check the oil in the generator before now???

That whole reservation deal must be rigged and possibly run by folks in DC. Fred was on the phone exactly at the appropriate time right down to the second and they were sold out. Grrrrrr

Tom,
Done
Fulltime,
My experience may have been unique and I admit I was upset at being given a site different than the one promised. When I stopped at the office to sign in it should have been obvious what I was driving. The bus was literally 4′ from her window. I managed to squeeze into the site assigned but it was not pretty. My warning is simply get the site you reserve and I blame myself for not walking back to inspect the site I was given.
Dan,
I know I won’t have this problem at LVM. They have plenty of shrubs to cover my errant wheel tracks!
