I have a “coach air speed” that adjusts from “lo to hi” and does so. This is in addition to the drivers fan speed. 98 chassis/99 Liberty.

Rear diff can be over or under filled if the axle housing is not level when filling.

I did my bi-annual springtime CruiseAir checkup.

Aft CA needed some R22. He’s the #s:

OAT= 80*f, dry air (for TX, its normally humid),

Static CA R22 pressure was 110 psi, should have been 135 psi

Added about 1 lb of R22

When finished: 60/240 psi w/service valves closed,

suction service valve temp=40*f,

discharge service valve temp=108*f

Inside the bus: 75*f evaporator inlet air temp,

51*f deep inside the outlet air duct.

Also checked the service valve temps and inlet/outlet air temps on the other 2 CA units and they were okay.

Ok, ill call them and tell them not to turn them.

I did drop off my discs to have to have them turned and dropped off my calipers to get the stuck caliper pin removed.

Also removed the rear brake lines and now need to go outsource some new ones.

Going I-10 THROUGH Houston you just stay on I-10. If you need to get to 45N you want to take the 99 bypass despite the bang to your wallet! 45S you take the 610S to avoid downtown.

There are 3 beltways around Houston. 610 (inner loop), 8 (middle loop) and 99 (outer loop). The 99 is 70 MPH (for now) and lightly populated (for now) but growing fast. Some of the nicest road you have ever driven on.

Had an ESV Escalade that was All Wheel Drive – for that reason it could not be flat towed as no way to put transfer case in neutral.

Per the National Electric Code, Having a pit that does not “daylight” requires electrical outlets and lighting to be explosion proof. The thought here is explosive fumes are heavier than air and can be trapped in the pit…much like the bilge in a boat…just something to consider!

My Liberty is abby normal (for a Liberty). It has 3 tanks and no interconnect of gray and black. It has 2 blade/dump valves.

The fresh water and gray water tanks are translucent plastic, and built to fit the erea they are in. They each have polished ss covers. The black tank is metal. I’m not certain if it’s ss or aluminum?

The plastic tanks will outlive the bus. If the metal tank fails i’ll search hi and low to have a plastic replacement made.

If the Electric car is set to charge at the lowest priority it can be done from an RV pedestal or even a home with low amp service.
