Gary, that’s what my manual said also, that it came with 6 batteries, but I was looking at lifeline’s website and it shows the only difference is that the GPL-4DL’s is 2 inch’s more narrow than the 8DL’s that are in my battery bay. I don’t think that gaining only 2 inch’s would allow me to fit two more batteries in the bay, but i will measure it and see. Thank you for the information.

It took me a while but I finally figured it out. In the post above, Expressbus must be referring to the speech by Senator Mitch McConnell on the day of President Obama’s inauguration in which he stated that he intended to assure that Obama was a one term president by blocking his every effort to get anything done. Personnally, I would say that McConnell damaged only the US Senate that day and is not responsible for the broader death of courtesy nationwide as Expressbus implies, but I guess everybody is entitled to his or her opinion.
p.s. I’m ok with both posts being deleted, as they do seem a bit off-topic.

Do you have the 5-speed or 6-speed? Low atf level will cause a cold issue of this nature on 5-speed; not sure about 6-speed.

Sounds like the amp load is exceeding the alternator/battery capacity. Could be alternator or regulator problems or the compressor for the OTR is failing.

FYI – If you don’t have Prevost aux air up, you will have no seat air. I thought maybe you were trying to play with the seat while parked. It’s plumbed from the Prevost side and not the Marathon aux. Also, the front button has to be in the up position or air is shut off.
Seat air is above the yellow knob.
Stop knob has to be up for air.

I just made a trip to Daytona and back, pulling my stacker with 2 cars inside. My trans and engine temp were no higher than pulling my toad. LONG hills, is the only time I see trans temp rise.

I’m not familiar with a light type tester, but if it is what I think it is, and it lights when you connect it to ground on one end and a positive source like a bus bar or the hot side of a CB and it lights that means there is power.
In the case of the cigar lighter, if it has no power at the lighter, then the next step is to keep moving back along the circuit until you find where there is power. That is easier said than done because trying to follow wires in a bus is a challenge. But if you found the breaker and it has power on both sides of it, but none at the lighter you have a break somewhere in the middle.
And Glen, my first coach had three house electric panels, all located behind drawers or otherwise out of sight inside the house portion of the coach instead of in a bay. As long as I knew where they were I was in good shape. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to chase problems and not know where all the fuse panels are.

I agree with Jon , I am ok with turning a switch on for the light or pulling a pocket door shut or pulling down a blind by hand but it is nice to do all the things from the bedroom panel lock doors put awing in turn all lights off and tv’s close pocket doors but could live with out it!!!!

The glass in my H has been replaced twice this year and is fogging up for the third time.
Seems worse if the bus is parked with the driver side facing west all day

I just need to be sure. I’m not sure what the neighbors would think if they saw a CC in there.
The tally so far as i can remember of coaches that have been up are driveway are 1 CC (we parked it in the garage), 2 Libertys, a Beaver, a Newell, and a Thompson.

I think a tour of anyone with Jeff upgrades should be a No Rally rally activity.
