Never had a problem with 315’s…only 365’s and we’re by far not the only ones. Geo.

Ron G., if you are seeing relatively constant temps on your digital display or gauge, regardless of what the temp is, that gauge is likely showing oil temp. or trans temp. Those fluids hold relatively constant temperatures as compared to coolant. The coolant temp. varies much more, up and down, within its range. Coolant temp. changes based on even small hills and events of accelleration or retarder use, and of course the cycling of the fan. Even if the fan clutch is not going to high speed, it would be very unusual for your coolant temp to remain at a constant temp.

If any valve is leaking, just replace it.

I cannot tell what the function of the valve shown is, but I can tell you the suspension uses quite a few of those Norgren valves, and a three port valve such as shown is in the steer compartment and functions as the valve through which air from the suspension is exhausted when you lower any of the three suspension positions. If that valve (the one I am describing) leaks continuously it could be a problem associated with other Norgren valves in the suspension system that are used to lock air into the suspension. Does your coach lean or settle within a short time? That would be a clue.

Regardless of the valve function if you replace it that should be the easiest solution to a leak through the valve, but it may not be the final answer.

So the temperature readings are not incremented by single digits? Just 10 degree increments?

Bill, in Colorado, do not drive the bus on route 550 between Montrose and Durango. You can take your dingy and some extra underware.

Turned out geting out of the Sandy Riverfront RV Park was not a big deal as long as you go out through the town of Troutdale and go on I-84 at exit 17. The nav system had us get off at exit 18–don’t do it! Exit 17 works well, and you don’t have to worry about two tight turns.

Stayed at a very nice campground last night called Blue Heron RV Park in Hornbrook, CA. The park has nice, long and wide concrete pads–plenty of room for four slides if you got them. Most of the spaces face the Klamath river. It is 7 miles off I-5 at exit 789. The last 4 miles a little primitive, but paved–you should have no problem getting a coach through–if I can do it, you can do it!. But the campground is well worth the drive.

P.S. I’ve entered the campgrounds on the PC maps pending approval if anyone would like to try them out.

thanks for the answer , Tom&Nancy

was looking for trailers as well, found some nice featherlite trailers or ATC, when 7.5 wide it could be towed behind a pick-up as well, something to think about as well, that would be a possible new thread then, if it turns out a trailer should be the way to go

I don’t think there is a standard answer to the question. First there are variables within the Prevost chassis, and they seem related to whether the coach has OTR or just driver’s air.

Then some, if not all converters have modified the Prevost system some extensively. When they do that there are multiple shut off, loops, and a variety of ways to shut off or open sections.

Pone air gauge says 75 the other says 120

we have 50 amps and water – I’ll need to call septic truck to come pump us when needed so we are ok for next 10 days I think.

OOOOH, Jon, that hurts! My wife LOVES her 2009 Smart. I’m not too wild about it, but I’ve spent about $400 on repairs in 7 years…can’t talk her into trading!
