According to Tom and Geo, if you use snake oil you won’t see anything coming out of the tailpipe.
Who would have thought we could burn money and the government wouldn’t require some kind of emissions equipment?

Vantare owners have people also…Corey, in this case…and he will be happy to demonstrate. Geo.

Jon,
Am I to undertand this post that you replace your brake chambers every year or am I mis understanding your post?
Bill
ON edit referring to your post at 5am this morning 🙂

Bill, are you saying two coaches old enough to legally buy a drink are going to be allowed in? We need to send photos to resorts with the 10 year rule.

Re: tire pressure below what the chart gives, there is an equation for calculating inflation pressure based on actual tire load. The equation is:
W = W_max * (P/P_max)^0.8
W = Actual measured load of the tire
W_max = Load rating of the tire
P = Actual inflation pressure of tire
P_max = Reference pressure that W_max is given at (i.e. 10,000 lb at 130 psi, cold, for example)You can rearrange the equation to get the target inflation pressure for a given measured load:
P = (W/W_max)^1.25 * P_max

funny enough that was where / why we are headed to Nashville , but thought we should check out anything else in town that kinda got the type of bus we were looking for.
Staley has 1 too, so it looks like a whole day of looking at coaches. That will be a thought day / not lolol

I should mention that rebuilding is always an option, but the system has had to be completely dry its entire life otherwise the inside polished area will not seal as well as a new one. I rebuilt an entire set and bench tested them prior to assembly on the coach, but after a short period of a couple of years they started with small leaks again.

Rocky, since you have a second alternator your bus is a “Classic”. And rocker switches like these?

Terrible! We hope you got all the rain we just did on the other side of the mountains.

Just a thought here..is it possible that your tag axle was over a high spot in the parking lot? If I am thinking correctly this would cause the leveling valves to begin exhausting air because the frame to drive axle distance would increase. If the tax was sitting on a big enough hump it could actually dump all of the rear suspension air to the point where the tag bags were on the stops and still not bring the coach down to the point where the leveling valves would be satisfied. Experts please jump in and correct me if my thinking is flawed. Jeff

Tim,
We have the same kinds of lights, and ours under the kitchen sink, all are out. One of our fixtures is really rusty too.
Only one bulb is working under the bathroom sink. There has got to be an LED alternative bulb and or fixture.
What say you chromeman?

Ahh! Good point. But let’s take that concept further, If I never turn it on, why does it have to work?

Larry, Allen thanked me several times for making my appointment six months in advance. Barb and I were the whole group on our tour. So you can arrange your tour for next summer probably now. He will put you in his phone and he will not forget. He speaks English relatively well as his previous job was attending rv shows in the U.S. He is a 30 year employee.
Parking at the service center in St. Nicolas is free and includes only shore power. It is conveniently located along “interstate” 20.

What a great job. Really looks good.

Congrats, Jeff…after we do the brake cans, about time to start over with tires, I think… 🙂
