I am definitely replacing my flip phone.

When it quits working, and if I decide I really need to carry a phone. So far it hasn’t even been turned on in over a week.

I was asked to pose for the photo so people woiuld think they would be able ot communicate with me on a phone.

Still haven’t carried or turned on my phone since I left the house for Lakeland on Monday. But I am thinking about it.

That is what I love about technology and the Internet, we
can harass Jon even when in Panama, with just a single click of the mouse. But I will agree with Jon on one point and
that is that I probably like Helen better than me as well, because she is much nicer.

George, With the
votes counted and the concession speeches finished, I heard rumor that Jon has
ordered a new iPhone. Since he was
spending his own money and not our PC dues, he wanted the latest technology and
special ordered a new iPhone 23. As fast
as new iPhone numbers are coming out he will probably have to wait at least 4
months before delivery.

Another day and I don’t think I will carry or turn on my flip phone. Maybe tomorrow.

The good news is by doing that I never get calls from telemarketers. Or PC members who think the dues are too high.

After a month or so in my new “life”, im thinking a flip phone is all that is needed…

And this is coming from someone who has been making sure your “phone” is always updated with all your important information for the past 20 years.

The biggest thing I can’t get away from is having a GPS built into my phone. I started my transition by getting a nice watch with a compass built in:) Havent had a watch in over 15 years on my wrist.

So if I can even think about moving back to a clamshell phone, Jon dont even think about moving to a smart phone 😉

Charles, my only concession to technology is that tomorrow I am actually planning to both carry my flip phone and actually have it turned on. First time in a long time.

A smart phone will be in my plans right after Tom buys Nancy that slide coach she has been wanting forever.

Charles, we’ve only known Tom for his last few busses…each one his last. Geo.

Charles, like Tom I choose my words carefully. His comment about his bus being his last bus is 100% accurate. When he replaces it, it will then become his next to last bus. If he never intends to replace it he would have used the words that describe it as the last bus he will ever buy, but we all know he never said that.

In my response above I never said I was going to actually buy a smart phone if Tom buys a coach with slides. I said it will be in my plans, but never said I would buy one, or if I did, when that would actually happen.
