Hello and welcome to PC..I have worked on that coach in the past however it has been several years ago. I know at one point it had sat for a long period of time trying to sell it. I assume it still has the bulkhead between the driver area and the living quarters of the coach. Not sure what else I can tell you since it has been such a long time since Ive seen it.

Here is Jeff’s web site. He is an advertiser on our site also.

I know Jeff and can vouch for him. He is located near Knoxville so for travelers on I-75 or I-40 he is pretty convenient.

Try this link to a site on the internet to help you.
http://michaelbluejay.com/electricity/howmuch.html (copy link and paste in your browser address bar)
Water Heaters 12 AMPS @
Microwave 12-15 AMPS
Roof AC 12-14 AMPS @
Aux Compressor 10 AMPS
Frig 10 to 15 (on start up)
I think your inverters/charges can be set to draw any range of amperage.
These are all +/- a little bit.

Well, Christmas Morning I went to work and started changing out the cargo and the curb lights, 15 in all pretty somple just make sure to remove all of the old gaskets, took my time, about 4hrs total, the difference is amazing the new lense make the coach even look better eliminating the old yellowed ones, will try to get some photos to post, PS make sure you order extra bulbs they are not made very well and I broke 3 while installing the lights, Gary

John,
If you go to our “Links” section you will find the link to access the Prevost publications which includes the electric diagrams specific to your coach. That will help you trace the problem.
Shooting from the lip I suggest you see if the headlight circuit also has a relay which could have failed.

It may be the campround wiring. I have had 2 campgrounds where the power pedistal was wired wrong. All indications in the coach showed correct power. But dyer and washer would not work. Unplugged the street power, run the genertor and everything worked. Moved to another power pedistal and everything worked.

Rob, how about posting some photos of yours. It sounds great.
I get tired thinking about the work you and Bob have done.

Holly crap….look who just posted on PC.
Where have you been ?

Jerry, if that AUX air leak brought the system pressure down below 30 psi, both sides of the rear of the coach would have dropped when the tags dumped air, regardless of the status of the main air bags. Just a thought…

Jerry, here is another tidbit. You cannot see bubbles blowing from an air bag leak if it is in the bottom of the can, or the seal between the can and the rubber portion because the piston (the base the bag rolls over) blocks the view and the ability to get the leak spray to the point where the leak can occur. To check individual air bags you have to remove the supply line to either all of them or just one of them and pressurize the air bags at that point using Hector’s bubbler, or the air gauge set up Prevost shows in the webinar.
The greatest probability of a leak is going to be the three port between the tag and drives, or the five port and soapy solution may not reveal the leak.
This is one reason when I start to get the leans or my parts are 10 years old I just bite the bullet and replace everything. I spend more time chasing leaks than I do just replacing parts. Assuming the new parts are leak free then when I am done I just have to check all the fittings. But on several occasions I have found new parts that do leak. Fortunately that is rare.

Your Aqua hot will also warn the engine cooling system and keep the engine warn. the Aqua hot did that on my 97 Bluebird Wanderlodge I am sure it does the same thing on the Prevost. There is a valve you need to open to allow the the Aqua hot to heat the engine as well.
You may want to check with other Prevost owners that have the Aqua Hot as to how there system works. On the Marathon the Webasto heats the engine coolant to heat the water for the heat system.

Thanks for all the help. Does anyone have a recommendation for a on line supplier that has good prices?
Robert, if I understand what you said, I can use the correct size insert and compression sleeve on any fitting?
Example: if I have a 3/8″ fitting, I can put a 1/4″ insert and compression sleeve and use the 3/8″ nut?
Looks like sleeves and inserts are real cheap compared to the fittings.
I found this site when I was looking and noticed a BIG difference in price between these 2 manufactures.
