With rare exception Prevost owners get very good service and support. The converters and service centers, including the independent ones who specialize in Prevost conversions respect the owner’s wishes and go far beyond anything you are likely to encounter at the conventional RV dealer to satisfy a customer.
That is not wishful thinking. If you have read this forum you will find a lot of very favorable comments about service providers. We do not censor comments critical of coach service so if you find a lack of complaints it is because there are very few.

Our fridge got ruined when the power failed. Nobody could figure out howor why it happened.
The stink was terrible, to say the least. Did not get the full dose because by the time I got back to the bus, they had already removed all the food. Still stinking though. Tried all the remedies offered on the Internet. None did do the trick for me. So … got a new fridge. I was very fortunate to find out that my 7 years old fridge model was still available as a 2014 model. So no carpentry required. it fits the old opening like a glove.Old fridge went out the windshield along the lines of how Jon described it. In our case, no need to remove anything at all. Just a few strong guys on the inside who lifted the fridges, old and new, over and past the copilot seat.
The benefit of the new fridge is that it has 2014 technology and it is a better fridge overall.
I got a good whiff of what the smells are like when food goes bad inside the bus. Several weeks ago, someone elses fridge gave up but they were lucky because it was being worked on so the technicians found out relatively soon. The people had a fridge full of shrimp. When they opened the bus door, the smell was still overwhelming for buses down the row!

I just received a notification message on my Jetpack Millenicom/Verizon device. It says,
Free VZW msg. We want to discuss plan options for keeping your Verizon Wireless Service. Please call 800-233-8974 to avoid service disruption on 11/8.
That is the first thing I have received from Verizon on this. I have not called yet but I plan too.

the gap was approximately 1/4 ” at the most. In the center of the window. There was a very strong crosswind.
I talked to someone late yesterday in Nashville that said that the bolts at the bottom of the window could be in need of tightening.

Chip and Pam, we do a lot of ski trips and have spent a lot of time in weather colder than you are likely to experience in Viginia. When we had our CC XL40 we usually did as you propose- shut off the Webasto and run a small electric space heater inside during the day. We did that because the Webasto was smoky above 7,000 feet and it just didn’t look nice. We used a space heater on a kitchen counter instead of the toe kicks because we were afraid that our big furry dog could be burned while we were away. The bus usually stayed around 50 inside. We activated the electric bay heat, but with the waste heat from the electric water heaters, I don’t think it ever came on.

You
really haven’t hurt the batteries running them down below 12v a
couple times. Deep discharge down into the single digits is another
matter, I’ve seen that and the batteries were toast. Your inverter
probably has a LBCO, low battery cut-off that shuts off at a
pre-determined voltage. The problem is there are so many other 12v or
24v parasitic loads on the coach that even if the inverters shut
down, those other draws could kill the batteries.As
for equalizing, if it makes you feel good do it, but I doubt you’ll
see any improvment, but if so, it will be short lived. I’ve done it
more than once over the years and gained nothing. Usually when
someone starts thinking equalization, the end result is usually new
batteries. -
Yeah, but he also has BUTTONS! Ithink one of them is for a slide or two.

Made reservations today for Barb and I arriving 9/26. We’ve never been to one of these, and I’ve never met anyone on this forum in our travels. Looking forward to another of lifes first time experiences.

This is the stupidist bunch of stuff and it is time that Liberty re visits these products and decides that these do not have anything to do with a superior coach,if I was building a new coach I would demand that not only do they not delete this bunch of s.it and that the wiring is also deleted from the bus and the price is reduced as well.
