This happen on my 2006 H not on my new bus. It happen when there was a detour and I had to make a sharp right turn and hit the curb with my tag i run 110 front 105 drives 100 tag. I did make a call to Prevost in Mira Loma and they brought it to the big wheels in Quebec. They said that what I went thru should of never happen. I did get an apology but that was about it. That little mishap cost me $2,5000 to get back rolling. $1,000 for the tire $1,000 for shipping and tow guy charged me $500 to change it because it was 10:00 P.M. I had to have it shipped from 350 miles. So they had me by the ____s. I didn’t think or even bother calling Marathon since we were In Kentucky south of Ohio. So next summer I am going to have a spare 365 in the back of my F150. I know what your think “stay off the curb” but when your towing and you get caught in a situation like I was in—what do you do. Lesson learned

I’m to understand the Starliner was originally gas powered and included a manual transmission. At one point it had a 471 Detroit and a 4850 Spicer five speed transmission with overdrive. In 2002 it was converted to diesel with a Cummins ISC 8.3L turbo diesel engine and upgraded to an Allison six-speed, double overdrive transmission. A diesel powered generator for the A/C was added at that time.

Not unusual to have the coolant pipe marked up from the belts, just start your bus from the rear with no aux air in the bellows and watch what happens.

Wouldn’t be without it…seldom use the in-motion…just switch once in a while so we remember how and so it doesn’t rust in place. Have Jeff do it…his mntg method is superior. Geo.

No, they just had the one. The next best deal I could find was $272 at Summit racing.com. Based on Bosch part number 0130110005.

I hope you can also Dan, the price of the motor is crazy expensive.

MemberDecember 5, 2016 at 7:40 pm in reply to: Driving tips needed: Lexington,KYtoGreenville,SCHello, everyone. I wanted to let you know that our pick up of the coach and the resulting drive home was a success. 640 miles of trial and tribulation. The coach ran great regardless of flat land or mountain passes.
Thank all of you for your postings and advice, and encouragement, for the drive. I was one nervous cat for the entire drive, but the coach is beautiful and comfortable, and provided us a great experience. We are already planning the next trip up to Charlotte to Concord Mills for a annual pre-Christmas outing. We are excited.
Thank all of you very much. It would be really great to have a Prevost Community Owners Meet Up in South Carolina. We all share a great appreciation for these big boy toys and now I understand why. I wish I had not waited so long for this to happen.

the part needed is the valve and the top o’ring I got the top o’ring but the leak is at the drain to the bowl. No one sells the bowl assembly Liberty wants to sell complete assembly. -
Tom are there date codes on lifeline batteries? So the rule of thumb isn’t to replace after 5 years? Also one more thing whthings a person will notice when batteries need to

If you can fit it into your schedule it is not too late to sign up for the Seminar. This is going to be the best ever and in addition to seeing the Brake Operating display assembled by Jeff and Dan (Josh was sleeping in. He gets up at the crack of noon) we will be again seeing a towing demonstration by John Hawkins.
You never ever want to see your coach on the end of a hook, but if it must happen John will show you the correct way and you can use that information to prevent damage to your coach by an uninformed tow truck operator.
For the first time we can brag how the Three Buskateers are driving miles for the seminar. Jeff is coming all the way from Louisville (TN, not the famous one in KY), Jon comes from Knoxville (50 minutes away) and Tom (the lead Buskateer) is coming all the way from Polk City, FL.
If it works out we are going to dedicate time for a session devoted to inverters.

Tom,
it probably was not that hot. Does it need to be idleing to get a correct reading? -
We’re with you from the real Death Valley. Reauxll Tide!!

Jackson: Did you replace one inverter or both? Where did you put the remote panel? Can you run a Cruise-Air on the converter?
