Do anyone have a part number for a Norgren water air seperator? One of the seperators failed (leaking)

Tom and Jon any reason the picture I posted did not show?

C’mon boys, Hish needs to know where to buy this other than you know who. I got mine at Grainger, but can’t get my hands on the paperwork at present.

There is nothing on those to break, but they do need new O rings from time to time.

    Jon

My separator is leaking at the valve at the bottom. So an oring would fix it?

Thanks Peter I will check the part at Grainger to see if they sell it.

It might be leaking at the threads (I had one that leaked there) or you could replace the valve with one using those size threads from any store that sells a decent quality ball valve. I can’t remember if they were 1/8 or 1/4 thred.

The O ring around the top usually leaks after a while.

    Steve and Jon

Do you have the drawings or overhaul manual this air dryer? Any pics how this unit comes apart would help.

We are in Las Vegas NV. IS there a place in this area that sells this type of air dryer?

Let the air out of the system ,then turn the bottom bowl and it will come off, in the very top pic you can see the unlock and lock symbols you just turn the hole bottom part then wiggle it pulling down and it will come right off

Yep, That is how mine worked. A couple of little screws hold it in place. It is a very elementary device and an easy rebuild…

the part needed is the valve and the top o’ring I got the top o’ring but the leak is at the drain to the bowl. No one sells the bowl assembly Liberty wants to sell complete assembly.
