Jim,
As I recall, the pressure switch was mounted on the parking brake pneumatic cluster. Check the switch with a meter to see if it is functioning. You should be able to work the parking brake switch and check the voltage drop across the switch.

Welcome to the forum.
After you test your chassis batteries and determine if they need to be repalced, Install a Guest battery charger to maintain them. I have mine plugged into the recepticle that is just above the rear engine doors.
If you do a search for “charger” on this forum, you will find a lot of information on batteries and chargers. Some of that information might even be correct!

Charge them fully until float and then unhook the cables. Your resting voltage should be around 12.8 +/-.
I need a power pole bad to float and equalize then see where I stand.
Thanks

Tony,
If you can’t get them replaced a sheet metal shop with a roller and a little time can get them flat unless the studs that hold the stainless to the rubber interfere. They literally have to arced slightly the other way so they will spring back flat.
Bummer.

My money is on a loose connection or resistance at the terminal. It is NOT a high voltage issue.

Ya but I’m looking out for Sam’s best interest. This punny little shorty 40 Royale would be much easier than that monster 45 H of yours….

The roof is the same type and quality paint as the rest of the coach. I don’t see any problems waxing it. If you notice I used a flowable sealer over joints and roof penetrations. I used a clear sealer available at Camping World.
Since a coat of wax may adversely affect adhesion of possible future sealer applications you may want to do an application of sealer now. I masked it off, and while the sealer was still wet, pulled the tape. It made a nice clean job.

Don,
Im not familiar with Merry Meadow, but I am with TGO. Maybe Andre will jump in, he lives there. Seems that in the past bikes were OK, but then a few lots got rented out to a roudy bunch during Bike Week and after that, it all fell apart. If you own a house in the new section, bikes are OK, but not for the rest of the park.
I’m sure there is a bunch of politics involved that I know nothing about, but a few bad bikers ruined it for everyone else and I’m a biker. It’s to bad, TGO is a great place, but as you pointed out, not biker friendly.

Greg,
I’ve not had that problem, but sounds like it’s not sensing the coolant temperature and firing again. Other than cleaning the photo cell, adjusting the contacts and making sure the igniter is working, I can’t help you much. I would pull the connectors from the brain box and make sure they are OK and not loose.
Since it fires and runs, but fails to restart when the coolant temp calls for fire, it could be a brain box problem. If there is anyone else near you, just change out the brain box with another and see if that does the trick. We’ve done that before and found the computer box was bad and they are not cheap.
Maybe someone else will jump in here to help.

I do the same as Jon, Performance mode in the hills and I usually find my best gear by manual selecting on long pulls to keep RPM’s up to a point that is doesn’t take full throttle and enhances cooling due to the higher RPM. Old trucking habits are hard to break.Wish I still had a clutch!!!

Tom,as I understand from my reading (and I am not a chemist ) the Nitrogen ,due to its molecular size, has less chance of leaking to the atmosphere. I am sure it would escape quite readily through any “exit” . The mileage savings that are touted , are miniscule, especially the mileage I am accumulating. Moisture within the tire could be a problem but as mentioned above, using air from the bus instead of another outside source (portable Air Compressor) should be drier and possibly help the deterioration. I changed out these 2 tires at 4 yrs of age due to rapidly increasing weather checking on the sidewalls noteably close to the rim itself. I am a bit negligent on using tire covers when the bus sits for a month or so, especially in this torrid summer heat and direct sunlight as I do not have a barn or structure as of yet.
