For a while, Liberty and Marathon were installing Sub Zero. Since our coach is a four slide, a Sub Zero doesn’t fit in the front passenger slide-out where the fridge is located. They had been putting in GE.
I’m not a GE fan, too many friends had trouble with that product including us with a washer and dryer (went back to Maytag)….. and I know so many manufactures are the ‘same’ unit by a different name.
During our Liberty build, we asked Liberty to put in a Jenn Air because we had one in the ’08 Dynasty and it worked flawlessly for the 7.5 yrs. that we owned it and 70,000 miles.
So far, at 62 months of ownership, the Jenn Air has been fine.
We did not want a Sub Zero as that is what we have at home in TN and almost every unit (3 out of 5 units) has needed repair. At the house in California, we have a 1987 Sub Zero side by side that was in the house when we purchased it in ’96. In ’98, both compressors went out but were replaced under the 12 yr. warranty minus installation costs (we lucked out!). That fridge is still humming along today.
In TN, we remodeled the kitchen completely in 2003 putting in Sub Zero products including a wine cooler unit with 2 refrigeration drawers at the bottom. We had so much trouble with that unit that Sub Zero offered to replace the unit at cost as we had spent so much to keep it running after warranty. So, the new unit has been fine for 5 plus years (?).
Back to your question, Liberty has used several brands over the years depending on where the fridge is placed.

Are these marker lights plug and play, same screw holes, easy wiring? Or do they require an electrical degree?

Actually, the foot actuated thingy is a pedal. Peddle is something that takes place in the flea market section. English is fun!

We confess to a preference for the shiny stuff. We’re currently surrounded by lots of it at The Mother Ship (aka Camp Marathon) in Coburg, OR. It’s 63F at 3:14 PM Pacific time.

Your bus is almost new and I assume braking is still the same as our older vintages. You only get one shot from the tank that’s not leaking to get safely stopped and then your done, the spring brakes (emergency) are going to come on at low air pressure. The air leak is so great it cannot be overcome by the compressor, so your dead in the water until the leak can be repaired.
Welcome back the hard way, funny, just the other day I harassed you about never hearing from you on the forum now that you have a new bus like the ole days.

I did mine and just moved the switch wire from a 24 volt source to 12v and used 12v led lights.

Sounds to me like rivets weren’t a bad thing on the old ones. I love my rivets.
