    No switches Mark.

The tanks are joined at the bottom with about a 2 1/2 or 3 inch hose and the fuel seeks its own level.

Jon, I was just wondering if the actual hose on the drivers side goes to the aux tank or feeds accross to the main tank.

Makes not much difference but seems to fill faster from the passanger side. I gues it really wouldn’t make much difference since the fuel will seek its own level about as fast as you pump it in.

Marathon–Oregon……….says there are no breakers for this microwave.

It has a relay in line somewhere and even they don’t know where…….bring it in to Marathon and

    we’ll fix it…….???

I wonder……how are they gonna find it if they don’t know where to look.

#1…….I ain’t driving from Illinois to Oregon for this. I’ll find another circuit somewhere and

tie the oven into that and be done. (drive the next owner crazy, eh?)

    Circumnavigate due to TRW++

Haven’t heard of that one Flydude, are you saying once 120v is present then it works? Only thing I can think of is the chassis battery charger doing something funky.

I’ve done two of them, pull the water tank first so you have easier access to all the plumbing. If you can’t sweat cooper, you can use heater hose for the engine coolant loop.

This is just a heads up. The date has been set. The details are posted under the heading “Maintenance Seminar”.

While this is accurate it also is not the sole purpose of the seminar which is being aimed at owners who want to have a broader knowledge of their coach. In addition to helping everyone understand their coach a little better, it also will help with diagnosing issues, as well as learning how to deal with the most common problems.

It is not going to teach anyone to be a mechanic, but it is going to make an owner aware of things his mechanic should be doing and why. Attendees will come away with a much better understanding of how things work on the Prevost chassis.

The late date for the seminar is because the up front work to put this program together is extensive and if you do not make the 20 person cut-off you can plan on attending a subsequent seminar. We have not firmed up plans for the date or location for additional seminars, but that is in the works.

We traveled about 90 miles today and when we arrived I parked in a level spot, put it in neutral and low idle. After about 3 minutes I pressed both arrows. It immediately flashed these two codes.

The “O L” “represents Fluid Level Check Mode.”

“O K” means the level is within range.

So at least I know the problem with the stubborn drive button was not because of low fluid. It was 40 over night and in the 50’s when I started today and the shifter gave me no problem whatsoever. It could be on its way out and that makes it sensitive to the cold. I have heard from some that the their shift pad gave them limited and intermittant problems for years before biting the dust.

You can buy LEDs that you hard wire in , or there is some with the plug that goes into light I do not think on yours there is enough room to use the one with the female plug on light and male plug on wire , you need the harded wired ones.. As for the tail lights if you change the bulbs to led they are not that much brighter but if one led burns out you still have lights , the old ones when it burns out no light but most have two bulbs in light. The nut wells that go in side of coach that light screws into can be hard to put in if they need new ones I don’t think prevost will charge much to change them out , I replaced all the well nuts (that’s what I call them) in my bus some were striped out would not tighten light down I got them at prevost when I was there and screws to match. Ask prevost how much to change them out they will have lights and well nuts and screws to match

Thanks to everyone for the input. I have sent an email to Royale Phonex that Peter suggested to see if they have the correct led / wiring available. I have also started looking at the LED tape that Tradewinds suggested as a possible solution. Will start working on this project in 2 or 3 weeks when my house move is completed.

Very good advice. Folks don’t think how much amperage these four batteries connected together can generate.

Will weld a tool to a ground faster than you can jerk it away.

It will also work wonders on a watch or rings.

Make sure no cables are touching a grounded metal object. If so I would wrap several layers of electrical tape around it or find some rubber material to put under it to isolate the cable from rubbing through.

Also applies to the house batteries for sure.

BTW, if the bumper looks like copper it is because that is the key to proper chrome plating. Our Ramco mirrors lack that vital step in the plating process and the plating fails prematurely as a result. By adding the expensive but vital step of copper plating first, the chrome plating is durable and long lasting.
