Our 3 Lithium Ion batteries (24V) have 180 amp hrs. each which would give us a total of 540 amp hours.

Reese, We all have resources for after hours support. I know that Liberty owners are able to accsess Troy pretty much anytime. Many of us have developed relationships with our favorite techs and have their cell nos. Prevost offers all hours support and Bill Jensen makes his cell no. available. You also have 24/7 support from DD and Allison all over the country. Most emergencies involve the bus side compared to the converter side. In addition we have this site and I think most knowledable owners are satisfied with the support that we have. Geo.

That is the second such failure I have seen this month. I’ll wager running on low pressure contributed to the problem.

Oh lord…someones in for a hell of a ride!
I had though I was going to limit myself to only a Liberty xlii non-slide w/OTR air and dark wood. I have since begun to think I may be a wee bit too narrow. It is hard to tell in a lot of the photos of units for sale about the true color of the lighter woods (most seem to have an unnatural greenish hue to them) and so I believe I’m going to have to take a longer look, up close and personal. Also, while the I truly do not wish for slide on this coach (if had them in motorhomes before) it really depends on how the parlor is laid out as to whether and if the couch folds out as to how much room there will be for manuvering. It is only me, but my best friend and one of my house mates is also my tech guru and I believe I’m actually behind the curve farther than Jon. Karl would more than likely be accompaning me on my journeys, so he needs a place to lay his head (and not in the joey bed) I have also reconsidered an H3 coach mainly because of the beautiful paint schemes that are attainable.
So here is my delemal, once I get to know folks, I really do not have an issue in asking to see something about their coach, or the layout. But it is going to very awkward to ask at this first rally having just met you (Jon excluded since we’ve been emailing and discussing coaches) So if some of you would be ever so kind as to offer me to come take a tour of your coach, I would be ever so indebted to you each and everyone of you.

talking to detriot today they said there was a recall for that very problem , it could cause fire they rerouted hose like I did , Guys check hose placement to be sure

Thank you for all the comments I agree with the items you indicated that need attention. But as I see it thats the love of the hobbie. Making the coach yours and using it. The driver seat needs to be change to air ride, also the color of the other seats. The title will be change in time. The most important item is to verify the service records along with inspection report. All that have written their thoughts have been very kind and helpfull. Can’t wait to be able to help other and be able to put a face to a name. Yes my wife will be a very important part of this transaction. Remember man can not live on bread alone. I will check my profile.

Maybe the one hose has some junk in it Diane. If possible, blow air back to the tank, that may dislodge the blockage.

Congrats on your purchase, I looked at that coach in Branson It is beautiful, The folks at Liberty will go through this coach and will follow up with any info you need, as Jon says get the rcords for the coach and stay at liberty a few days untill you get familiar with it, you have bought a great coach, and the Liberty name means a lot! Gary

Sub-Zero is based in Madison, WI … a little over two hours from Liberty’s shops in North Chicago. Maybe that had something to do with Lliberty and Sub-Zero.

From what I am reading anything more that 5% is “supposed” to be labeled.

I found several of my leaks were drain cocks as well.
Accordingly, I strongly recommend replacing all of them along with the air bags and Norgren valves at the same time. This will go a long way to curing your leans the first time around and should remain trouble free for years to come. It also doesn’t hurt to get rid of all those push-on fittings as well. They rarely re-seal truly leak free.

Hey Jon,
No, I’m not pulling your chain. I’m looking and considering ALL options, I don’t want to leave a stone un-turned. Maybe I’m blabbing too much about my thought process since it’s so early in the game and it seems crazy to you guys.
I want things to be convenient to ME! And, I’m still thinking how I will use the new coach moving forward. Does it make sense to spend a big chunk of change? Have I already seen what I want to see? Will I be targeted driving a new Prevost Bus as people ‘in the know’ might think there is something valuable on board?
Sometimes when we are in a RV Park, even at 6.5 yrs. old, our coach is the best one there. I don’t want to be a ‘beacon’ but I want quality and durability that is found on the Prevost Chassis, that’s why it’s being considered. A lot of thoughts are running through my head.
You have to realize, you guys already own a Prevost coach, you had to give it in depth thought too, I’m still green.

What makes sense for me is to tow a Mini Clubman. Then you get to drive a Mini at the destination instead of a crappy rental. We towed the Mini on our Alaska tour this summer with 25 gallons of diesel in a safari rack!
Only damage in ~30k miles of towing, including over Top of the World Highway, is some minor rock chips on the bonnet. But the hubby has a paint gun and is not afraid to use it.
