I’m jealous too. If we hadn’t been gone so long this summer Natalie would have been able to take off more time for this rally.

This was my first rally ever, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I have to say that it was way beyond my expectations. The lectures by Prevost and Lifeline were great. The four Prevost representatives divided up the list of attendees and went through a pre/post inspection at each of the owners’ bus. Priceless! Jon, Tom and many of the regulars who contribute to this forum are all genuinely great guys and very passionate about teaching others. Branson was a great venue and the KOA food was – KOA food. Service was always with a big smile, so no complaints here. Kudos to Jon and gang for putting it all together. I give the experience an outstaning.

Thank you very much to Jon and Tom for the hard work putting the rally togather. You guys clearly put much thought into the details, it was organized, well planned and much appreciated! Thanks to the Prevost guys for all of the Q&A and the time spent at our coaches yesterday. Its not often that we get that level of expertize one on one without spending some big money. Thanks to all who sponsored the meals and activities.

We had hopes of seeing some nice coaches and meeting some new friends, our expectations were exceeded as well. We met a lot of great people and had a very good time!

What a great rally. One of the best we’ve ever been to. I’m a gearhead and just loved the maintenance stuff. The entertainment was outstanding.

We had a great time at the rally. Putting faces with names and meeting new members of PC. Weather was pretty much on our side doing the rain thing during the night.

Our days were perfect for walking around the camp ground doing serious looking at all the buses. I heard one of the show coaches had a purchase deal.

While the gals were being bused around on their personal Prevost passenger bus some of the guys hit the Colemen factory store and then a couple of hours at a hugh tool store. I think almost everyone found something they needed.

Many Thanks to Prevost Car on the maintenance seminars they presented. Great idea on the personal attention Prevost Reps. offered to owners one-on-one at your bus.

Well I think a great time was had by all. Cudos to Jon and Tom and Spouses for such a great rally. Jon and Tom are going to need lots of input for the next rally, so everybody think for the next six months of where they would like to go.

They are going to need all the help they can get to plan the next one.

By the way Gil, I could really have used your help with the (LIBERTY CROWD), seems as though they don’t take a shinning to Country Coaches !!!!!!!!!!! I took some major abuse. We almost had them out numbered.

Next year be ready.

All in fun of course………….I think.

P. S. I am the only coach owner that didn’t require Prevost to come inspect my coach for something wrong. HAHA that will be the day.

to make a Rally and you all came through big time. I really enjoyed
meeting all the new to us folks, but wish I would have had time one
on one to get better acquainted. Seems like there is never enough
time and then departure day happens before you know it.

I want to echo what Tom said above.

This was our first Prevost Community rally so we had to do some on the job training and Tom and I both know we need your input regarding where to go for the next one, when to hold it, what worked on this rally and what we should change.

If something could have been improved, let us know. Let us know all of your thoughts on how many seminars, their content, entertainment, meals, and even the size of the rally. Di and I have been to rallies with as few as several coaches and as many as 200. While the large rallies have some significant benefits to owners due to the quality of the support we can bring to a rally from Prevost, converters, and dealers, the downside of larger rallies is the difficulty of getting to know and enjoy new friends such as at this rally. Smaller rallies enable all of us to know one another, larger rallies make that very difficult.

The logisitics of moving rally goers to different venues becomes more difficult as rallies increase in the number of attendees, and this rally was perfect in the respect we had one bus that we could use for all activities so no one had to worry about driving.

Seminars with more people than we had have to be more formal with less participation from owners just due to time contraints. But larger groups can justify bringing in experts from Detroit Diesel, Michelin, etc. We would also see a broader range of show coaches.

Please post your thoughts. Location, what time of the year, content, meals, entertainment, activities for those not attending seminars, seminar content, and even limits on cost if that is a factor.

I met Jon the week before and he does present a more balance attitude —-any more said there would be past history. I though ya all wore suits and ties 24-7. LOL. Congrats on good fellowship!! Bob

Formal attire amounts to a clean pair of jeans.

We eat on paper plates. We use plastic utensils. Napkins were off the roll of paper towels.

The age spread between coaches was somewhere around 20 years and nobody gives a damn about the age of your coach. We were all there to have a good time and learn.

Every time some one opened the engine bay doors folks gathered.

We all asked a lot of questions, we spent a lot of time laughing, and I hope everyone felt welcome and part of the group.

And someone bought at least one coach.
