Pres,
If I remember my CC days, each button is controlled by the boards in the ECC. Remove the plexiglass and check the fuses, there are a bunch of them, 30 or 40 I think.

I know I’m getting old when it just seems like we just celebrated Thanksgiving a few weeks ago (a year goes fast) ,but very happy that we are here doing it again with everybody happy and healthy!
Dad is almost 94 yrs. old so I know that there’s not too many more to go. But, with 7 kids, 10 granddkids and 7 great grandkids (his, not mine! LOL!), we have many more wonderful Thanksgivings ahead to continue the tradition.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

When we were taking delivery, I noticed that our coach has the plug coming out from the bottom of the coach which was different than the other 2015’s in the showroom.
It might be because we have a four slide unit. I have a button in the water bay to operate the cord. I like to grab it before it hits the ground as not to scuff the end piece. We also have a remote control I can carry with me as I walk to the receptacle so that I can turn it off without more cord pouring out the bottom of the coach. Our other coach didn’t have that feature so I had to RUN to turn off the cord.
Safe travels,
Mark

Also remember guys, most recycle centers will pay around 400 each for your old batteries. That will help the pain a little bit.

Another air problem solved, thanks for posting the results.

The Jack will not fit the Concorde as the mounting bases are very different. I would recommend removing the Braun and installing the Winegard automatic in it’s place (that’s what I did). You will have to go to your converter to see if they can get you one as Winegard is not currently selling the unit on the retail market.
The Winegard will give you the best performance. By the way, the Wingman that updates the Batwing to the new Sensar IV will not fit your Concorde either.

Sounds like a plan to me. Who’s on board for the idea? Rick

Glen,
If they’re 8D’s, they are either auto post or blade post, sometime referred to as “L” post.
I’ll contact you offline.

As for the tour update of the glass repair process, it took 5 minutes and was useless, no live action of the washing or drying machines, just a few folks in a small area working by hand. I did learn all they do is put air back in the glass, no vacuum as I assumed. Their claim is they have been in business 8 years and NEVER had a warranty claim for fogging.

Tom,
You are clearly on the right track. Your thinking echoes mine in the respect when you have to do a lot of work just to get at something needing service, I look around to see what else makes sense to change while I am in there.
Consider shocks if they are not on your list or items. Also give thought to brake chambers because if a diaphragm fails you have to deal with that on the side of the road. Unlike air bags you can take a brake chamber out of service by blocking air lines (and caging the brake in the case of the parking brake) but the best place to do that is in your garage. I have had diaphragms fail on my first bus at 7 and 10 years and after learning my lesson I replace the brake chambers at 5 years. The parking (emergency) brake is not serviceable. Replacing the diaphragm on the service brakes is easy and cheap, but I just spend the money and replace them with all new.
One word of caution on replacing brake chambers. Shop them. They are a commodity and although some of the sizes used on our coaches are not stocked I have found a truck parts store can get every one, usually in a day or two.
Before you take the supports from beneath the coach and put the wheels back on check all of the fittings you disturbed when replacing parts. Then check them again. And then do it one more time. Trust me. Nothing is more frustrating than going through all that work, putting it all together and retuning the next morning to find it leaning. Been there, done that, got the tee shirt.

Gerald,
I went to google and found the Glendinning company web site. Your model CM-7 is listed along with a trouble shooting guide.
