Our recent newly nstalled DN 50 is leaking around case seals-every seal. Marathon is covering local shipping and install costs

The coach is not perfect. It has a lot of minor cosmetic issues that some TLC and relatively few dollars will take care of.
But it has a new price and it may be sold. Talk to Jeff. In view of the current price it is my opinion it is the lowest Series 60 price on the market, and the fact it is mechanically sound means someone is going to end up owning it for a great price.
Having said that it has a lot of new or nearly new components such as batteries, but it does need tires. It does not have the leans which speaks volumes about an issue that most of us encounter.
It needs a deep cleaning and does have what appears to be some minor repairs needed above and beyond the cosmetic stuff.

I’ve said this before…… this PC site actually helped sway us towards a Prevost as we were strongly looking at Newell.
Everyday that I open the PC site, I learn something new. I can’t wait until the Prevost ‘part 2’ seminar at ETLC in October.
Jon, I promise to never bring up engine size/hp again (that thread developed a life of it’s own). LOL! We are pleased with the Volvo D13, power, etc.

If your coach is anything like an H3, and I assume it is, above the wheel well panels you have shown over drive and tag axle is a rectangular space where pneumatic lines and valves are mounted, both sides, maybe 8 inches in height (guessing; my memory is perfect, just short). This area should be accessible by raising the fender well sides which I think in your case are hinged, and completely removable on H3s, and there should be no problem doing this unless a pin (3 for H3) or hinge(?) is bent. Once this is done perhaps you can take pictures and post again. You should be able to see everything above and the floor underside of the bedroom.
I don’t believe on either model the tag should be able to touch the panel you show. In our case the tag blew and bent the steel framing underside of the box area under the house flooring, and tore out a brake line. In our case we were able to square cut that line and reinsert it into the valve, by the side of the road. Later, in Fort Worth, this area was repaired.
Good luck.

I junkyard searched for a replacement for stock. Tried bronco and f-350 no joy was able to find new main headlamp lense = no real improvment that is why went differant route. The optics are screwed up on the stock prevost/ford system on single xl headlights.

I believe the count is over 50.

Most of the Prevosts we’ve looked at use the Microflush toilet, which we used to have in our coach. The Microflush toilet does not use much water at all, and water level is adjustable. However that toilet is no longer made, and while a guy by the the name of Ed Mullaney has spare parts for the toilet, some parts are not quite up to par. The replacement toilet seal was a bit too thick, an prevented the flapper valve from closing properly, leading to the standing water leaking, and smell in the coach.

Would Jon & Tom think that this issue might be more skin related than slide related.

Prevost was the first place i called. However, from them it is a $450 part.
I was hoping someone might know the ford model number for it because i see them on amazon and other sources for less than $100.

Beautiful job and I bet it all works as good as it looks. -
Kurt,
Our 45ft. has a private toilet. That was the selling point for my wife. Not sure how many 40 footers have that option. We also have 2 vanities, which is really nice. A friend of mine bought an entertainer coach after we bought ours – That’s a LONG wheelbase, with a larger turning radius.
