so I failed is my efforts to convert to all electric fans on rad/cooling. Not reliable enough in 90F weather. Today I reinstalled the stock system.. had the cfm– Had the volume–really increased boost—Just a c+ overall. Not enough for me. Just thought I’d share this experiment. Bob

    Hello all,

I am desperately looking for some 1994-1995 Featherlite Vantare manuals.

Paper, digital either will do, I am willing to donate $ for them.

Thanks all, keep those tires rolling.

Alex, you can come across on I-10 and visit Carolyn and I. Then go north on US 59 toward Sheveport and over to West Monroe on I-20 to visit my very good friend, Steve Magown. A super fine fellow.

Cervical pain is bad. I have some of that, but not bad enough for a fusion. I want to set your expectations correctly and caution you that I had some nerve pain for a few days post surgery. Anti-inflammatories will be your friend. Pain meds too. My story is long and complicated, but short story is I was on Opiods for pain for about 3 months prior to my surgery. Got addicted and had to kick the pill habit while recovering. Not fun. Good news I am now drug free, active and out of pain!

    Good Luck to you!

We bought our coach in May of 2014 with 72,000 miles. At the recommendation of the late Peter Campbell, we had a three axle alignment done at then Prevost Jacksonville in January of 2015. There were four motorhomes on the property, so we had four motorhome owners in the owner/driver lounge. One by one we all decided on new shocks. Some went Koni’s all around, we went Koni’s in front and OEMs back.

Our experience was the same as stated above. Immediately made a big difference.

How long do Koni shocks last?

We stayed at Olive Branch back in 2018 as a one night stop. As I recall there was a lot of dust on the long drive to enter. No problems with the 50amp as we stayed August. It was a nice place to stay and had some long pull throughs.

If your experiencing smells so bad you need to perfume your holding tank you have a problem. That’s like a band aid for a brain tumor.

If they don’t have truck islands I will not be a patron. Just once I fueled up at a supermarket that had inexpensive diesel fuel and the rinky dink process to refuel was a nightmare.

Start the pump with a credit card. Wait forever for refueling. In the morning I think I pee faster than that pump could flow diesel. Then the pump stopped at about $85. I tried other credit cards to get it running again but it wouldn’t take any of them so I had to go in. I cannot remember if I left cash or a credit card but that is what it took to keep the pump running.

Then after a looooong time the bus was full of fuel, but I still had to go to the cashier to get my credit card or change.

Then to get out of there I had to wiggle around cars that were in the way and pissed off people because some of them had to back up.

On mine, you get to the electric fan from the passenger side, second bay. On the back wall there is a panel that can be removed to gain access to the fan. Opening this panel also gives you access to the auxillary air pump and auto level sending unit.
